    The picture is excellent. Using the remote optimally is taking too long. Is there a page I can go to for instructions? Sometimes the tv sound needs adjusting, but that isn’t hard. Overall, I am enjoying my new set.

      Thank you for choosing Samsung’s Q60A TV and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the remote included with your TV. To assist you in the learning the various features, functions, and settings of the remote, you can download the Solar Cell Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the Q60A TV under QLED 4K TVs > A Model Lineup to download the guides you would like.

      Additionally, the e-Manual is embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

    Very happy with brightness and audio. Good TV but dark screen images at times when watching nighttime scenes in movies. Haven't changed brightness yet, since purchase so, this maybe correctable.

    The technicians were efficient and did a fantastic job. They assembled a replacement TV stand and the TV in a short time. I appreciate their detail to the assembling. The TV was set up. They did a great job explaining everything as far as the operation of TV and remote control. Prior to assembling the stand they checked each piece for defects. The other technicians did not find defects until they were almost through. The last piece had two holes in it.
