User friendly setup and easy to navigate menus. Universal remote features a plus. Paid a little more for this model but quality is worth it. Down firing speakers are better than most but using sound bar anyway. Had to fabricate anti-tip bracket because I don't trust legs alone.

I know I bought last year's model, but I was tired of saving up month for a tv, so I paid for this one. Im happy with my decision too. This isn't a 120hz television and I knew that going in. Perhaps someday I'll be able to have 120hz television. The color is rather nice and dark blacks on the screen looks great as always with, Samsung. A nice boost from my last tv, which was a, Samsung as well. I'm hoping this television will list longer than two years like my last one. I don't like the new remote, and I know many tv's from Samsung have remotes that look similar to the one that came in the box. Fewer buttons mean more steps to do the same thing. I like options that work, not one's that remove them. If it's not broke don't fix or take it away completely. I am using my old tv's remote and I find it easier to navigate all together. In the future, Samsung make a nice remote that has the user in mind.

Picture looks great and I like the Tizen operating software. Works flawless. The remote charges through light using solar panel on rear. Awesome feature. On dark rooms u can always charge via usb-c. Great tv. Satisfied with purchase and with Samsung quality.

Best tv I’ve purchased Beautiful color.love it that you don’t have to replace batteries it’s has a a solar cell in the remote it recharges the battery. Just wish the remote was bigger. It has everything you could wish for. Supper bright picture and color . Highly recommended.

I bought this tv on clearance so I got a pretty good deal. It’s a nice sleek looking tv. After a little bit of tweaking in the picture settings, I have zero complaints about the picture, it looks awesome. My only complaint is I wish there was just one more hdmi port, it’s definitely not a deal breaker though.

Love, love love my television BUT the remote won’t charge. It has been face down for days under a lamp & nope won’t charge. But, when the remote works, it’s fantastic! I cast videos to the tv, use apps like Netflix & Disney+ - love all the features, great television.

This TV is great! I had an LG before this one, but got the dreaded "blue" tinted screen, and I know there is no coming back from that. So I went with a Samsung, since that's what I have in the other rooms. I have nothing bad to say about the tv. The picture and sound are great. The remote is super easy to use and can also do voice commands. Only thing I wish it had was some of the newer apps built in, like Paramount Plus or HBO Max. You have to add them manually and it's not so easy. But overall, great purchase and price!

This is a great tv especially with the alexa voice function. You are able to program any device on your tv remote control. The remote is great because, is solar no batteries needed that's a plus saver.

Great TV. I did end up returning it and getting the Q80A though. This was still a great TV but I wanted VRR and to have fully array local dimming.

Great Quality for HD viewing. Sound when used without a soundbar is very basic. Remote is easy to use, practical and effective for App management. Slim design looks great when mounted on a bracket. Having 3 HDMI plugs is useful for integrating other devices.

I like the TV. It was easy to set up. Clear and I like the remote. The only issue is it seems slighty more reflective than my old one. The lights and stuff in the room reflects. My old TV was a more matte finish that did not reflect as bad.

We bought this TV about a month ago. We aren't very tech-savvy so were apprehensive about setting it up. We have U-Verse TV service presently (considering a change soon), and it was actually very easy switching off the old TV and the added equipment to this one. We're very pleased with the picture especially when watching movies. The included remote was a challenge for my even less tech-savvy husband so I ordered a universal remote with the traditional numbers for him. That's OK as I can keep the remote that comes with the TV beside me! Being a Prime customer, it's so easy to navigate to Prime videos with one touch of the button on the remote, and that's also the case for watching Netflix and Samsung TV Plus. There are so many options for fine-tuning this TV in the settings, but to be honest, I'm happy with what we had coming right out of the box. Bottom line, we're happy with this TV.

I love everything Samsung has on the market, especially this Smart TV. Easy setup, brilliant picture quality, seamlessly connect to all my other Samsung devices, rechargeable voice command remote, and it has some of the nicest features I've ever had in a Smart TV. This is an upgrade from my previous Samsung 4k Smart TV. Before I had issues with my streaming services always buffering and freezing up to the point I had to force myself television to shutdown. Now I can fast forward and rewind streaming movies with ease.
