Thet installed the tv and there was something wrong with it, they went to the store (warehouse) and returned with a new one, which did work. they explained how to ooperate it and set in all up for me.

The geek squad serviceman was so kind and respectful and knowledgeable. We had a great experience from purchasing the tv’s in the store and with installation of the tv’s in the home. Highly recommend Best Buy/geek squad.

The setup is a bit involved and requires a fair amount of time to understand things like the sound control for the soundbar and the headphones. The Total Tech service has been great in helping with these types of things.

To assist you in learning the various functions and settings of your new Solar Cell remote, you can download the Solar Cell Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “TVs”. From there, you can select the Q60A under "QLED 4K TVs” > "A Model Lineup". Additionally, you can find other guides and manuals to further assist you with your TV’s features.

Tenants are very happy. I knew they would be. I've purchased several tv's from Best Buy and have been very pleased with each purchase. Your geek squad installed it with no problem.

One of the features of your TV is OTS Lite (Object Tracking Sound Lite) which means that there are strategically placed dynamic speakers that track the action and move the sound around you. If you plan on pairing your TV with a Samsung Q-Series Soundbar, please take advantage of Q-Symphony which synchronizes both your TV speakers and soundbar to give you an excellent surround experience.
