    As you know every TV manufacturer will make new models every year. I wanted to replace an old 11 year Samsung that started blinking randomly. This is a good overall TV however doesn't get too bright; sometimes feels laggy when using the OS. If you're planning to get go for the small and see if it works for you. Otherwise go for a higher end model like QN90A or OLED.

      You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine tune your image.

      You may also want to optimize the Smart TV performance and address your issue with response time with the self-diagnostic tool. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

    Great television! I have a center channel speaker for my surround sound and I had to find a product with a stand tall enough to clear the center speaker. This product does the job. It's also very user friendly when operating the smartTV functions!

    tv is amazing. Scott, our GEEK SQUAD installer was the Best!!!! Installed this tv on the wall. He was very professional and informative. I would highly recommend him. Love the tuner. Very light and NO batteries. Solar powered

    I knew that I wanted another Samsung Smart TV. I'm can cancel my cable service because Samsung TV'S comes with so many free channels. I'll be saving around $1400 a year. I love my new TV.

      Thank you for choosing the Q60A QLED TV and taking the time to share your experience with app response time. This issue may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following:

      1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
      Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

      Additionally, to optimize the Smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.

      This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

    The installer Juneo was awesome. Very nice. Professional. I really appreciated his patience and his knowledge of the working of the Direct TV installation with the tv purchase from Best Buy! Went above and beyond!

    I’ve always bought Samsung as I feel that they are superior to other brands. This 55 inch is also a very good tv and the picture quality is great. Buying at Best Buy I get the best pricing and the best products.

    ThIs entry-level QLED Samsung TV is fairly decent. Mine had backlight bleeding, which I’m not sure if that was due to how it was handled in the box, but it was pretty bad during dark movies or black background loading screens. I’d spend the extra $300 for the Q70A or get a Sony.

      Thank you for purchasing the Q60A TV and for sharing your feedback regarding the sound quality. There are several sound settings and volume features you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences.

      1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.

      2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.

      3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

      4) You can further customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings

      Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.

      Another feature of your TV is OTS Lite (Object Tracking Sound Lite) which means that there are strategically placed dynamic speakers that track the action and move the sound around you. If you have, or plan on pairing your TV with a Samsung Q-Series Soundbar, please take advantage of Q-Symphony which synchronizes both your TV speakers and soundbar to give you an excellent surround experience.

    Great color, beautiful picture. But very fragile, I guess something must have touched the screen, no evidence of physical damage and screen has lines all over, Samsung won't repair under warranty. A pity paying so much for a TV that does not last a year...
