One bad feature is the remote control doesn’t have numbers so you have to scroll or use voice command if you don’t have a cable box and remote. You also don’t get a charger for the non-battery operated remote which is cr@zy when you pay this much for a tv…

Its a bit pricey buy has better quality than the crystal HD when it comes resolution, and i love the best buy payment plan. So.overall i do not have nay regrets

I use Spectrum and I wish the TV would stay on that service when it is shut off. As it is, I have to locate and select it each time I turn the set on. TV sound quality is less than I would expect and I did add a sound bar to make up for that.

Only the volume and channel buttons are a bit tricky to use, as you need to push/pull instead of pressing.

As far as Best Buy employees , very disappointed . They are not knowledgeable at all about merchandise, they are not helpful at all. They are lazy and very discouraging

I wanted a larger tv for my patio. I mounted it in a protected area and hope it lasts as well as the VIZIO it replaced.
