    The TV is smaller than wanted but it has a beautiful picture. The men hooked it up but didn't seem to understand our in-house setup. Noami had to come and fix it so we could turn it on and off with 1 remote.

    Love this TV! My only concern is that I’m not quite sure if m getting the best possible picture! The instruction manual doesn’t break down how to get best picture!

    It’s a nice TV. Though it’s not OLED but it’s very much close to that. And color balance is even great. Working together with Apple TV 4K, it’s the best TV

    My new Samsung 55" TV works perfectly. And the Geek Squad tech person matched it up with my Logitech remote, adding features that I hadn't even known were there.

    Picture i decent but the remote that goes to the tv is ridiculous..the up and down volume i have never encountered somethingclike thos hate it and there are no channel nbers i think samsung is relying onxthe fact u will use a cable remote instead of the one it comes with..I suggest u do!!

      Thank you for choosing Samsung's 55" Q60A TV and for your review. We appreciate your thoughts on the remote's design. Please know that many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for > than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appears. Pressing the RETURN button (looks like a curved, backwards facing arrow) returns you to the previous menu, pressing it while watching a program will take you back to the previous channel.

    Geek Squad came out and installed my new 55" Samsung tv. They hooked everything up and made sure everything worked and I new how to operate the clinker properly.

    It’s okay, but the volume is annoying. Each time I hit stop or pause then come back to it, the volume is back down to zero. I am noticing some pixellalting which I don’t think I should be.

      Hi TVStand,

      I apologize for the inconveniences you have had with the inconsistent sound volume.

      The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On

      You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test

    The biggest & best TV I have ever owned! The Best Buy sales and installation people did an excellent job. I still need to learn a lot more about this TV to use it fully. TY for signing me up for a free Subscription service.

    Great TV! I love the smart functions and have synced it with my Alexa to be able to pull up cameras around my house or when the doorbell rings. Only con is that the sound doesn't go super loud. I connected it to my surround sound for game nights.
