Thank you for choosing Samsung's Q60A TV and for sharing your experience with inconsistent volume.
The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On
You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test

Sparkling noises coming from every port connected

Then i pluged in an hdmi cable on to one of the port and it started making the same sound. Light spark sounds almost af if its sizzling. Also, the screen shuts down for 3 seconds and comes back on. Idk...i might need to return.

Thank you for choosing Samsung’s Q60A TV and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the remote included with your TV. To assist you in the functions and settings of the remote, you can download the Solar Cell Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “TVs”. From there, you can select the Q60A under "QLED 4K TVs” > "A Model Lineup". Additionally, you can find other guides and manuals to further assist you with your TV’s features.
To connect a Bluetooth device to your TV, the device must be paired using the TV's Bluetooth function. Go to: Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List
- If the TV fails to find a Bluetooth audio device, place the device closer to the TV, and then select Refresh.
- When you turn on a paired Bluetooth audio device, the TV detects it automatically, and then displays a pop-up window. Use this pop-up window to activate or deactivate the Bluetooth audio device.
You may want to check the Connection Guide for detailed information regarding connecting your speakers. Go to Source > Connection Guide > Audio Device > Bluetooth.
Note: The sound quality may be affected by the condition of the Bluetooth connection.
