The color quality is amazing, especially in 4K. All your favorite streaming stations are already added to the TV system, so it is easy to find what you are looking for, only using the "home" button on the remote.

Great picture and sound. the difference from our 5 yr old HD set and this was amazing. We have Apple TV module, but having a smart tv is a nice back up. Have had it a month. Very happy

Especially the Apple TV built in and Samsung setup using your phone makes it easy. The picture quality is great and sound was better than my old sound bar so I just got rid of the sound bar.

It was easy to set up however it is challenging. We were surprised that there were no component connections any more. The sound quality could use a boost. The picture quality is sharp. We have a smaller Samsung and are happy with it, so we thought we'd go with a newer Samsung, as well.

It replaced a Panasonic plasma TV and boy what a difference. At the time, the plasma was close to the top of the line. The picture quality on this TV is awesome and for this price it was perfect. It's used to watch broadcasts/DVD's/Netflix and my parents are quite happy. The former TV had a 3rd party streaming service, but parents love that it's integrated now. Hook up was simple and we added a 2.1 soundbar.

I have to reset the tv lately to get the tv to connect to internet. I like how the remote and tv interface, I connected a chromecast to overcome the problem. I connected a sound bar to improve the sound.

Thank you for purchasing the Q60A TV and for sharing the details of your issue with Wi-Fi connectivity. A network issue may be the cause. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:
1) Make sure that no items that can generate electromagnetic interferences are placed between the TV and the wireless/wired access point.
2) Check if the access point is turned on. If it is on, turn it off, wait 1 or 2 minutes, and then turn it on. Enter the correct password if required.
3) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.
4) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
5) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.
6) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

This is my first experience with a QLED from Samsung. I wanted an upgrade to my Samsung curve that developed white round spots that needed to be replaced. I paid a few extra dollars for the newer technology. The colors are better then the high end Samsung's LED but I wish I could have waited until the end of the year to buy this 55 Q60A because it would have been chapter than $699. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.
