So disappointed. I used to buy the ‘economy’ TV’s as we raised a family. This time, decided to buy something much more ‘elite’. Loved it until the warranty ran out. 14 months in, the right half of the tv just went dark. It was very highly rated on Best Buy’s Reviews. Bummer that’s it’s the TV me and the kids watch Xmas specials on. Not sure if I head back to Westinghouse. I have several that are 5+ years old with no issues.

The perfect screen size for my living room. Great picture at a great price for a QLED. The options for additional viewing choices are a plus. TV sound is pretty decent although I have a Samsung sound bar system so I don't really use it. The 3rd HDMI slot was another great plus. Easy to set up & get the viewing started. Did need the instructions to get things going & synced with the remote. I recommend this TV.

I have now been using this TV for over a month. The picture quality is excellent. Navigation is very easy and also easy to add apps. I did not think I would like the remote that came with it, but it works well. I had a 14 year old “dumb” TV before this with a Roku box. It is great to be able to just have one remote and not need to use a fire stick or Roku box. For the price point this TV is great.

Great TV. Great color and beautiful picture. Two minor complaints. 1) a little slow/input delay at times. It’s not drastic but noticeable. 2) interface of Home Screen I think could be improved and more intuitive and user friendly. And related to this it is a bit difficult to switch between input devices. For example switching to a connected to Xbox or Apple TV there is not an “input” button remote that makes that easy.

Easy set up. Great picture and easy to use. Just the perfect size fog my open living room.

Overall - a decent TV for the price. Pros: Great picture and sound quality, especially if you turn on Filmmaker mode that delivers true picture without any alterations! Good app support and decent internet browser. Cons: Interface is buggy and is a bit frustrating to use at times after just two years. Bluetooth connection drops occasionally, requiring re-pairing before use.

This tv is perfect. Remote is rechargeable and no more roku or firestick. Picture is crystal clear and playing Xbox Series X is incredible. The samsung free channels, are a nice perk too.

Pretty decent TV. I think for almost $700 it could be better though. The picture is overall pretty nice, but there are times when it lags and looks a little janky which I don’t think it should at this price point. The speakers kinda stink too (a common issue with flatscreens, I know) so if you want great sound I would suggest investing in a sound bar. Also, the picture quality is way better on streaming than it is when I’m watching cable. There’s probably a legitimate reason for that but idk what it is. Half the time the Alexa voice control doesn’t work either, so I have to keep manually switching my HDMI inputs when I go between streaming and cable. Not a huge deal I guess but I wish the remote had a button for it, cause for some reason my Spectrum remote won’t work to switch the input. I’m not a big fan of the Samsung remote as a whole honestly, I feel like it should do a lot more than it does. Regardless, it’s still a big upgrade from my old TV and I’m happy enough with it that I kept it. I suppose the only way to get a truly great TV anymore is to spend thousands, and I definitely can’t do that so this model will do. I’d recommend to anyone who isn’t looking for something really fancy.

This tv exeded my expectation big time! It has great wuality and premium sound to go along with it. Smart tv applications were easy to set up and get running!

Good tv. Bought it open box. (Good condition) the top corner has a crack in the bezel. The tv remote that came with it was just a normal universal remote, not the Samsung original for this tv.

For the price of this TV, you you got a ton of amazing features. Crystal clear picture, doesn't output too much heat, and looks great in any room! Plus, works with your smart home ecosystem(s). Only negatives are I wish there was a 4th HDMI port and the menus on the home pages can be tricky to navigate, but you eventually get used to them. Even a few years out of cycle, this smart TV is a phonemnal purchase!

An excellent Samsung TV that meets expectations. One mention above all is the mirroring mode, it starts pretty quickly and quality is preserved. The apps are easy to update on the store and work in general very well. The sound is as good as you can hope for with no soundbar nor home theater.

I like my new tv it is the perfect size for my space. The remote is a dream to operate. I am enjoying all the features.

Purchased this for a bedroom tv to replace and older 47 inch tv. The new on-screen menu is different from our other Samsung TV's. We have a Samsung 60 inch in our living room that is over two years old with the traditional menu along the bottom of the screen. The picture quality is flawless for streaming content-nature, action movies, music performances, etc. The Samsung TV Plus channel line-up essentially eliminates the need for CATV. We actually cancelled our Direct TV, which we've had for over15 years. The remote is easy to use. I highly recommend this tv.

Great tv for a reasonable price, good quality of colors and great usability, also is super thin and remote is rechargeable.
