The picture is very clear. Easy to connect and set up.

Time to upgrade our tv after 10 yrs. Decide to step up to some of the latest and greatest technology. Do I see a drastic difference between the old 720/1060 and the new 4k along with the Qled? Not drastically / OMG!. Yes, some shows do have a clearer, sharper but others are normal average. I use Roku and it is streaming in 4k. I do also notice a jittering affect in some shows but I think it's on their end. I guess I was expecting a more Wow! picture like you see at the store.

This was a great choice in a new Television for our family. we had been looking for months, the person helping us was amazing and let us look at so many different one's and explained everything we asked and offered great advice for which Television was best for the room and our viewing.

I love this TV I got this same exact TV with points from my work and the screen was broken by my gkids and I purchased the same exact one from best buy because ai really enjoy the picture quality and sound. Definitely recommend this flat screen TV

The picture quality is amazing, but the Volumen is not so good. I have to raise to 75.

Incredible TV. ILove it. t's the upgrade version of the CU8000 from what I was told. The picture is superior if you have windows and a lot of light in the room. It's thin so the TV look like it's directly on the wall (with the flat mount). Overall, very happy with it.

This TV is great! The speed that the TV navigates, responds, and switches between the sources/apps (Netflix, Dis+, Youtube, etc.) far exceeds using the cable box provider. The remote is a nice size to tuck away when only needing your cable remote. Picture quality is very nice as well!

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. It was meant to replace the older LG model we have in our bedroom but instead he installed it in his office. Picture quality is excellent, sound of good and the TIZEN OS is easy to use .

Great quality and features for the cost. Needed to upgrade to a newer model TV w/good connectivity for multiple systems (I.e., sound bar, AppleTV, PS4, etc.) found the color saturation and picture to be a real game changer and a bonus.

I now own 3 Samsung TV's, purchased from Best Buy, and other products by this company. I must say I really enjoy watching programs on this TV. I'm planning next year for a 85' inch and I'll be back to Best Buy once prices drop to my liking.

Great picture and sound. I’m typically a loyal Sony customer when it comes to TV’s. I decided to give this Samsung QLED a chance and I’m really glad I did. The definition and color on this TV is quite impressive. Totally blown away! My only wish is that the home page responded a little quicker. Other than that, very happy with this new addition to my lineup!

Great picture quality and just the right size for my space. It was a little brighter than we were used to but we loved it after we adjusted to it.

The picture is incredible compared to LG and SONY. Along with that, it syncs so well with all apps and consoles if you are into gaming. The sound is also incredible and holds very well. The TV itself is also very thin and couldn't name a better TV for the MSRP price.

This is an excellent tv! I bought it for my mother and she is totally in love with it. The picture is incredible. My mother cannot believe the quality of the picture. I added a sound bar and it sounds like the theatre. We could not be more pleased!!!
