I now own 3 Samsung TV's, purchased from Best Buy, and other products by this company. I must say I really enjoy watching programs on this TV. I'm planning next year for a 85' inch and I'll be back to Best Buy once prices drop to my liking.

The picture is incredible compared to LG and SONY. Along with that, it syncs so well with all apps and consoles if you are into gaming. The sound is also incredible and holds very well. The TV itself is also very thin and couldn't name a better TV for the MSRP price.

Great utility TV. I use this for flight simming and watching TV's. It has great clarity and I enjoy having the ability to switch into "game mode" which has good sharpness, colors, and 60hz refresh. Fits my needs very well

High quality tv- bit too pricey for the size, but good luck finding an alternative at 55" and picture quality. The tiny remote, while ergonomic and well designed, is much too small to not be constantly misplaced.

The TV works good. Great picture. Easy set up. The legs could be sturdier.

This tv has a very clear, crisp picture. The Geek Squad installed it but then realized it had a defective wire, so they had to reorder a new tv which took 3 weeks to be delivered. All complications aside, I love the TV. The Geek Squad is awesome as well!

Geek Squad did an excellent installing my new Samsung 55” 4K tv. Also gave nevwxcellent instructions to operate my tv with my Roku streaming stick player Both techs were very polite and quite knowledgeable. Thank you for their service. Regards, Frederick Brown

To be honest, the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I don't like the new remote, but compact isn't always a good thing. Aside from the remote, the setup was a cakewalk and I love the Samsung OS. I think the internal speakers are fine and didn't see the need for a soundbar. Picture is crystal clear with no lag even when playing fast paced video games.

The Samsung QLED 4K is an awesome TV. It's picture and sound are truly worth it and the gentleman who came from the geek squad was totally great. He set it up and explained everything, sorry I didn't get his name...

Great size and the color is outstanding. Sound is great with our sound bar.

I was shopping for a 55 inch tv for my girlfriend and purchased an open box Sony, but had to return it because it didn't work. Ended up with Samsung and it looks great.

I was hesitant about buying this tv. I have to say that the sales person knows what he is talking about. Even tho it is the lowest of the best, I am very pleased with how the picture is.

This TV is beautiful to watch, was easy to assemble and it functions well with every service except Paramount+ Live Streaming, which we discovered just prior to the Superbowl in January '24. P+ (for short) has a flaw in their software that they have not yet resolved which causes Live Streaming to freeze and the only way to resolve is to shut every component attached to the TV down and reboot the system. P+ also will not work when external speakers or a soundbar is attached to the TV system while attempting to watch Live Streaming events. None of the reported flaws I've just mentioned are the fault of Samsung and may someday be resolved by P+ Service. All of our external equipment works fine with the Samsung TV in any other mode.

Very nice tv. We love Samsung tvs. Easy to use Good picture to it and has everything we need.

Q60C 55" QLED is an excellent tv, bought on sale for 499 and replaced a 7 year old led and WOW, everything is better, even if your tv works it does work like a new tv, worth the upgrade.

This TV is really very nice…. It has a lot of features and streaming on it is so easy!!! The picture is so crisp…. This replaced my 13 year old Samsung tv and it is amazing!!!
