It was well-packed in the box, easy to extract and very simple to use. I connected it using HDMI and Optical Audio Cable.

I've always had Samsung television's and will hopefully never change. Picture quality is great.

My dad is hard of hearing and the feature works well, though it is hard to find. I could not find it in settings, It is only in the shortcuts. I came close to returning it when I stumbled on to it. Other than that it's a good tv, thought the OS is the hardest for Seniors to use

It is very thin and light. It has enough HDMI ports for my accessories and it’s built in streaming ability makes having a Roku unnecessary.

Adjusted the settings to help but there are still moments when what is happening in the show can be too bright. Otherwise it works and functions great!

But I don’t like is the very small remote for the streaming shows and then having a separate remote for regular TV. Also the Alexa feature doesn’t work very well. Except for those features I would highly recommend purchasing the Samsung TV.

First, please know that the included Samsung Remote can be set up to control all your connected devices. You can control your connected devices using your TV remote by following these set-up steps:
1) Connect an external device to the HDMI port of the TV, and then power on the external device. Your TV will automatically recognize the device when connected through HDMI and will switch the output. If it doesn't automatically detect it, then keep following the steps to set up Universal Remote.
2) Go to Home > Menu > Connected Devices > Universal Remote. When you select a connected external device, the output of the selected device is displayed on the TV's screen.
3) Select Universal Remote on the Home screen. Next, select Start and make sure the device you want to connect is turned on. When your desired device displays, select it. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup and register the device. The instructions may vary, depending on the device type selected.
4) Your TV and remote will memorize the external device and its connection port (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.) to make controlling everything even easier. Occasionally, the device may not respond after it's registered. To make sure the connection is made, you may need to re-register the device or adjust the position of your external device.
Next, if you are having issues with your Alexa device, there are a few things to keep in mind:
- The TV must be connected to the network via Wi-Fi to be able to turn on with voice commands and will not respond if connected to a wired network.
- Your TV must be connected through SmartThings to use it with Alexa or Google Assistant.
- If you choose to utilize Google Assistant, make sure you download and install the Google Home app, and then set up your Google Assistant devices.
- If you choose to utilize Alexa: Open the Amazon Alexa app on your phone and navigate to Menu > Skills & Games. Search for and enable SmartThings for a TV.
