Not like the TVs of old...after doing several picture adjustments I do really like it and all is good. Would of probably given a 5 star if it was better built but again cant complain as it looks good after personal adjustments.

One area of improvement is the actual setup instructions are vague if you are not mounting it on the wall. Steup is eary once you get past the instructions.

Great Picture Bad Volume control and weak Speakers

It does need a little tweaking from the settings already done from the manufacture. The only con is the volume. They put in weak speakers. For how much you spend on these TV's especially QLED. You would think the volume control would be better and they wouldn't put in bad speakers.

TV is excellent with thd exception that Samsung does nit i clude a regular remote for the TV. All tTV parameters have to be controlled via the "fire tv" remote.

Samsung 55in Q60C QLED

The remote is way to small. I think Samsung could afford to make a bit bigger so it would be easier to use. Especially the elderly would have a difficult time trying to use the remotes volume key.
