After getting positive feedback from a few buddies who own Samsung products i lnew this had to be a good deal . Note the only downside is the original builtin speakers . They are horrible and I almost returned it but opted no too. A month later i bought Samsung speaker woth the money i saved and it’s awesome . I have an Xbox XS too so gaming is awesome. If you evere consider buying open box be mentally prepared for any product to have flaws in turn is the reason why this TV may have been open item to begin with.

We appreciate your feedback on your Q60C TV’s picture when watching fast motion. For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.
