Had second thoughts on first week - wireless connection was fickle and had to perform factory reset several times. But after a week the connection stabilized and TV has worked great since.

Please train your customer service that they are important to buyers and make sure you know: management that those that are on floor are only as good as you or those you place to train them: if you want to know why sales are down … look at who you have training.
