Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the excellent picture quality, ease of use, and vibrant colors of the 55" Class Q60C QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV (2023). Many also appreciate the value for the price and the convenient features of the smart TV platform and rechargeable remote. A few customers noted that the volume could be improved, and some experienced minor issues with motion clarity in fast-paced scenes. Overall, the positive feedback significantly outweighs the negative comments.

TV is just okay. debating if i'll keep it. Picture quality is no better than the 7 year old Samsung HD TV that it replaced. Sound quality is much worse, I now have to use the surround sound speakers to watch anything cause the TV speakers are terrible. The most irritating feature is the very slow loading channel guide, mine is hooked to an antenna and hard wired to ethernet and this thing loads TV stations twice as slow as the old TV or displays "no information." For the price I would expect it to be better than the 7 year old TV it replaced but It just isn't.

      SebasDark,

Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity on your Q60C TV. This may be caused by a network issue. You might want to go through these steps to check your network connection:

      1) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)

      2) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.

      3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

      4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.

      5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

For further assistance or service, please contact us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website.

I purchased an open box TV listed in good condition. It should have never been sold. It didn't have a stand so I paid a contractor to hang it. By the time it was hung the 15 day return period had past by less than a week and the screen was damaged. I can't return a TV that should never had been sold. It was also missing the remote and power cord. Best Buy has lost a customer.
