This is a great television. The picture clarity is fantastic the colors are brilliant. It was very easy to set up. The remote works great, it is easy and fast. The sound is really nice, also. I feel that the price is much better than comparable sets. I can't say anything bad about this TV it is a dream.

There's no comparison to the other TV's that I bought in the past . This to me is top shelf . If you have WIFI you can just command by voice what you want to see.. The clearest picture , almost looks LIVE . Clarity is superior.. Price is great. Also buy the wall mount and have Best Buy hang it, worth extra fee ,,but a professional job

The sound quality is pretty average for a TV these days I feel like it could be slightly better but once you add a sound bar it will define sound like you are in a theater. The pictures are so clear and realistic it almost feels like you are literally watching through a window. It’s very easy to use and set up, it has all your smart tv options and even has the alexa where you can speak what you want the tv to do. Overall we love this tv and it definitely has changed the way we watch and stream our favorite shows and movies.

While OLED might be a better option for many, in a space where there isn't as much natural light this is a great choice with good size and picture quality. Brightness is not a problem and sound quality is good enough to just use the Spotify app that comes installed on the tv. The remote being a type C rechargeable battery is a HUGE plus too .

Nice screen. Easy to install and operate. Unfortunately it doesn’t slots for the older AV input if you wanted to use an older video game system or a VCR. (Luckily, you can buy AV/HDMI converters online.) I think the remote is solar powered, which is nice. However, it’s small enough that there’s the risk of losing it.

The television has a great picture and is easy to set up, but the remote is not as good as the remote on our last Samsung. Our older Samsung had a “curser “ that was activated on the screen by placing your thumb on the disc on the remote and moving the remote around. This made it easier and faster to use the keyboard during a search. The new remote doesn’t have this feature. It went back to the old way of having to click through the letters while using the keyboard. There is an optional voice activation, but I don’t trust the security of this and have not activated that feature. The new remote also has solar recharging which, in my opinion, is totally un necessary. The remote has to be placed upside down in the light to charge the battery. To reduce clutter, we had been putting our remotes in a container, but now we must leave this one out. In addition, the rechargeable battery in the remote will need replacing one day and I’m not sure how that’s going to go. That said, the TV is great. The WiFi is fast and the TV comes on almost immediately.

Excellent TV. The sound, picture clarity, easy to navigate. Love the free channels and the solar remote control no more batteries. Overall a TV worth its price and quality.

Good picture, but the 60 hz refresh rate comes up short on some faster moving scenes. We had a volume issue with our set; Best Buy took it back and we upgraded to a different model. Every time we turned the set on the volume was much lower than when we had shut it off. The only remedy was to unplug for a few seconds or turn off and then wait a few seconds before turning on again. We decided that having this issue with a brand new set wasn't worth taking a chance down the road.

Easy setup with a great picture. Would be five stars if I could load the F1 (car racing) app, but Samsung won’t let it load. Very pleased for the price. All other apps very simple to upload.

Impeccable picture quality! Very user friendly menu options to customize the streaming experience. Setup is so futuristic, and the options are plenty, but didn’t find it overwhelming. The sound quality is very surprising, and no real need for a sound bar unless that’s just your thing. The voice option remote is sleek and intuitive. It even has a solar cell on the back to recharge in sunlight! Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Tv all around. Just another great product from Samsung!

I gave 5 stars for two reasons: the TV itself, and moreover, the fabulous team at Best Buy. I purchased this TV in November 2023 & couldn’t be happier I did. The color is vibrant and clarity is pristine. It’s thin & lightweight, so it’s easy to move by myself, and the setup was easy peasy! I’m not super tech savvy, so I never know if I’m making the right decision or feel completely confident I have when it comes to technological purchases, and the higher the ticket the higher the uncertainty and anxiety…but not this time! The team at Best Buy made this experience pleasurable, the process was seamless, and I left feeling confident in my decision. From my initial entrance in the door, through the process of showing and comparing nearly every TV & soundbar available, to answering all of my hundreds of questions, to making my purchase, and finally loading the TV in my car, each team member was welcoming, professional, patient, helpful, & knowledgeable. I was comfortable & received undivided attention, and ensuring a positive purchasing process was their top priority. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but it makes all the difference! For anyone looking for or trying to make a decision on a new TV, I strongly recommend this one, and if respect through the process is important to you, Best Buy is hands down the place to go!

Fantastic picture quality, easy to set up. I prefer Samsung's QLED over current OLED - when I compare them in the store(s), the QLED has better, truer blacks and shadows. This is just my expercience. But then, even my older Samsungs are superior in shadows and blacks. Colors are always outstanding. I also like the apps available for streaming on Samsung's TV's. I currently (my family) have 3 Samsungs. Traded in an LG for this one.

I just bought htis tv almost 2 months ago and love it! It's super thin and the picture is vibrant. Samsung tv's are great and reliable. I previously had a Vizio and the picture is always great on these tv's but they dont seem to last long. I still have a Samsung tv that outlasted the Vivio I bought 2 years later.

I purchased this smart TV and I'm so happy I did. The set up was really simple and everything is accessible easily on the home screen. No need for multiple remotes anymore, plus all the other things that made this such a good buy!! Definitely recommended if you want a really good user friendly TV.
