      We appreciate your thoughts on the picture quality of Samsung’s Q60C TV. If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

    Not User Friendly!

    The remote is WAY TOO SMALL. Someone with the slightest visual impairment or any finger dexterity issues simply cannot use it. Additionally, it has no numbers and unless one is used to using technology and has developed some intuition in that regard, the controls are very difficult to figure out. Would not buy Samsung again without first researching these issues!

To assist you in learning the various functions and settings of your new SolarCell remote, you can download the SolarCell Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the Q60C under QLED 4K TVs > C Model Lineup.

      The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support.

    I was so looking forward to this TV. I bought it for my husband’s den. Best Buy website says it will be delivered from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. When I placed the order on the website, I asked for an afternoon delivery. The next day I got a call saying it will be delivered from 7:20 a.m. to 1:20 p.m. and they gave me a number to call. I called that customer service line, pointed out that I requested an afternoon delivery in the delivery instructions and that the website says it could be delivered until 7:00 p.m., and asked them to deliver ANY day after 12:00 p.m. I spoke to two different people who said it’s impossible for Best Buy to deliver on any day they choose between 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. That’s a 7-hour window that’s advertised on their website, but they said they would not/could not make it happen, so the order had to be cancelled. I don’t understand the point in being a Total Tech Member if they can’t deliver after 12:00 p.m. I was prepared to meet them any day after 12:00 p.m., but they wouldn’t do it. Very disappointed and realize I will have to purchase elsewhere since I can’t fit this in my car.

    Despite having new cables and checking all ports for a good connection, there were vertical lines on the screen from the first day of having the tv. Returned and got a different tv.

    This television doesn't work half the time. It freeze and wont cutoff. I definitely made a mistake with this purchase.
