I am very pleased with the quality of my new samsung 55inch smart TV. The picture is great and I love the solar powed smart remote.

Tv is excellent for the price point. Honestly wasn’t expecting much but this turned out to be way better than what the price suggests. Kids love game mode features and good frame rates for a television. I like the sound quality. Especially when I don’t feel like turning on the surround sound system.

Great tv. My only negative is that the remote is solar and they do not include a charger. So I had to figure out which charger to use. U think this tv is a great value. The picture and ease of use is fantastic.

Excellent item for the cost. Easy to navigate and beautiful picture. Samsung has never disappointed. Best buy staff super helpful and spot on review of the TV. We will always shop at Best Buy for quality, cost and service

Great picture and sound. Easy to use and navigate. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the remote is a bit small and not that easy to use and when I first got the TV, it almost never connected to the WiFi when first turned on. I had to reboot by holding the power button on the remote for 3 seconds almost every time. That problem seems to have disappeared though.

Excellent reception and picture quality. Easier to navigate and control on the remote and on my phone. Very impressed with the upgrades. I love the fireplace screen saver too. It warms up our living area virtually. Wonderful!

Thus replaced a 43" 7000 series UHD TV, Difference in picture quality is noticable. TV is brighter, colors seem to pop up better and picture is sharper.

I'm happy with the performance of the TV. I use a Roku stick with it. The TV remote and functions are not the most intuitive, and sometimes I need to reset the settings with the Samsung sound bar to get both the TV speakers and the Soundbar to work at the same time. I'm not sure what the issue is with that situation.

Purchased Samsung Tizen 55" with installation from Geek Squad. When TV was installed, the installer noticed a dark spot on the bottom, which was not noticeable until the screen went white. Luckily he saw right away and took the tv back and ordered me another one. Five stars for Geek Squad employee for not letting that go. The second TV came and installation was quick and professional. The TV itself is good; I paid extra for this TV because the sales person said QLED tv was far superior than regular 4K led, which were priced hundreds of dollars less. I went with his advice and bought this TV for over $700 with taxes, and I enjoy it, but it has not wowed me. I've seen TVs without QLED or OLED, and the picture seem comparable to mine. Overall, it's good tv, but I could have save some money and gotten similar quality, or I could have spent a lot more money for a spectacular quality.

This TV is great. Fantastic price for the picture quality you get. It is not top of the line, but it definitely is not scrapping the bottom of the barrel either. Easy to set up. Easy menu to navigate through. Could not be happier with this purchase.

I was in search for a tv for awhile and I finally decided on this one. I’m in love with my tv! I’m happy with my purchase. The picture quality is great, so is the sound (pretty loud) and the brightness.

This tv has a great picture. The refresh rate really makes the difference. I love that it comes with Samsung TV, so we get some free channels too. I love the vivid coloring. It really makes the difference in the quality of the tv.

I can't find anything wrong with this TV; we bought it to replace one that we bought about 5 years ago and were never happy with the picture quality for (meaning the TV we replaced). The guys in the store were suggesting that we consider a certain Sony model vs. this one, saying the Sony would be better for watching sports, but a) this is a bedroom TV and sports is usually watched on one of the downstairs TVs, and what's more, b) my mom has this TV in a smaller version and watches mostly tennis - and the matches she watches on her TV look great, picture wise. We are super happy with this TV - and even happier with the fact that we got it at the $599.99 price!

Great TV. No problems. Easy to use! Picture and sound are perfect.

Easy to get set up, great picture! I like that the remote is rechargeable, either solar or USB-c. The one thing I wish they had included is mounting screws. Had to go hunt those down at Lowe's.
