Excellent picture and sound quality with easy adjustments

The picture is bright, clear and sharp. I replaced a 16 year old TV and the advances in technology shine through on this set. I've connected it to my network with a cable rather than wireless and that connection ensures high speed Internet access to streaming services. I'm very happy with the purchase. (Love the voice command feature!)

I stopped in the Best Buy store investigating what TV I would purchase. Not believing the advertised price for a “55” TV being a descent or quality buy. I was wrong and now I’m enjoying my Samsung QLED Class Q60C QLED 4KUHD Smart Tizen TV! Thanks for the knowledge of my sales person.

Haven't had this TV for long, but so far we are pretty impressed. Easy to set up using a smart phone. Automatically connected to our home internet. Great picture. Probably the least favorite thing is the speakers are a little weak. However, you can also easily connect bluetooth speakers or headsets, so we are still happy!!

The store manager helped me 1st thing in the morning with an exchange at the Crabtree location here in Raleigh. I bought the 1st TV too big. He went and got the smaller one and helped load it into the car. Overall pretty smooth process to get the right one! This TV has a great picture!

I compared this with other models and this seemed to be the best mid-range TV to buy. Am I glad I chose this! My friend bought my runner up and it is not nearly as clear of a picture. This TV was easy to set up, looks great, and BONUS: works with my other Samsung appliances. If you're on the fence, and this is one of your contenders, get it!!

Great picture. Easiest to set up and control that I’ve seen

TV was exactly what we wanted, in the size we wanted and for a good price.

Time to upgrade our tv after 10 yrs. Decide to step up to some of the latest and greatest technology. Do I see a drastic difference between the old 720/1060 and the new 4k along with the Qled? Not drastically / OMG!. Yes, some shows do have a clearer, sharper but others are normal average. I use Roku and it is streaming in 4k. I do also notice a jittering affect in some shows but I think it's on their end. I guess I was expecting a more Wow! picture like you see at the store.
