I would prefer a swivel stand and better sound. Don't get me wrong, very nice for what I paid, but think the next price might have had a better picture and sound, and included the swivel stand.

This time not so much. Picture is great. Controls are impossible to figure out! We are using three controller to operate our new tv. After watching Netflix we have to turn the tv off and restart with a different controller. The tv has so many options and no manual!

To assist in learning the various functions, please know you can download the Q60D TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. You can search for and select the Q60D TV to download the guides you would like.
The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into your TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support.
