Picture quality is definitly the best out of all the tvs ive owned as is audio quality no problems with it at all ive owned them for about a month so rhings could change but ive always had ggod luck with samsung onlything i wish is that dolby vision was compatiable my next purchase will most likely be the higher end of samsung tvs but this one is a great mid range i love it

The picture on the television is brilliantly, clear. The setup was extremely easy. This is my third Samsung television purchase and I am NOT disappointed. With all of the apps, I am able to get rid of my AppleTV. This was an open-box purchase that was categorized "certified-like new", which was accurate and an exceptionally, budget friendly surprise.

Fantastic picture quality. Acceptable sound quality, although may get sound bar in future. Have and use Comcast controller so cannot speak to use of Samsung controller. Unexpected benefit was there are no openings on top of TV. Prior TV had openings for speaker on top of set and I had to dust or vacuum top edge of TV. Samsung speakers on bottom of set.

The TV Setup is easy. The picture is impressive; however, I question is it worth the extra money for QLED. Admittedly, I am seeing clarity on the screen I haven't seen before during football games for example. However, would I miss it if I didn't have it? I question is QLED worth the extra cost. My biggest complaint is the frame (bezel) around the TV screen. It is large compared to the TV I replaced. Wish Samsung would reduce the frame size.

We moved into a larger house and our old 32 inch TV wasn't cutting it. This is a major improvement over our old TV. It takes a while to set everything up but they walk you through it systematically. Got it connected to the internet for Netflix, got the Blu-ray player attached and the sound bar completes the system. Great picture quality.

Great picture quality. Easy to set up. Some difficulty in integrating the remote with my Comcast remote.

Very happy with the TV. Not happy about the remote control I cannot open to put batteries in! I had to take it back to the store to get assistance to open the remote! The store clerk and I were both trying to open it, the clerk said he had never seen a remote this hard to open. So I had him put the batteries in. Then I asked him to open it again and he could not open it! I may have to break the thing when I need to change the batteries!!!
