Great picture and design. Good distinction with shades of blacks and grays. The cheaper quality TV in my house drove me crazy with shows that had darker pigment scenes

SmartThings app by Samsung made the setup a breeze. Not only does it setup your TV, but it allows you to setup your other smart appliances. Did I mention this is an excellent TV!

Great picture. A little tough to get through the initial set up. Once that was done tv went on and apps loaded. Will see what game play graphics look like at a later date.

I was hesitant to pay so much for a TV compared to other models, but I have not been disappointed yet. This TV adjusts so well to background noise and lighting. So far so good!

This TV is beautiful to watch. The picture and the sound are better than I imagined. One problem, you may find yourself watching show on TV just to look at the screen.

Love this TV, I don't think I could ever go back to normal TVs. The colors are good and the TV is responsive. Has a bunch of video streaming apps and lots of ports.

Unfortunately my other tv wouldn't turn on. I had it for about 13 years but it was a very nice Samsung, I think I paid about 2500.00 for it back then. I loved it. Which is probably why I don't really like this one. But it's ok. Everything on my old tv was plug and play. This one I had to program everything. The one thing I should have asked about was if this new tv had a VGA port. Because my old security cameras run off of VGA (my other tv had this port plus way more ports for different things than this one). This new tv does not have VGA. Okay, do not let a Best Buy employee tell you to get their HDMI to VGA cable and say that will work, because it will not. You have to get the VGA to HDMI converter (adapter, however you wished to name it) But, it has to be VGA to HDMI. I found one online very inexpensive. If I hadn't, I would either have to put out cash for another security system or return this new one for something that has the VGA port. The one thing I really noticed is that Best Buy folks will not know what you are asking for when you are trying to buy it from them. They will keep thinking it's a computer your trying to set up. And then talk you around to other options to connect to your new tv. Don't listen to them. You need a VGA to HDMI no matter what. Save yourself trips back to return what they talked you into that "will work". It won't. Finally see my cameras after I purchased the VGA to HDMI. The tv isn't really that picture great. Now I am comparing it to my old one, which had a wonderful picture atomically. You have to set this new TV to dynamic to get something close to my old tv. But then you lose out on a louder sound. I know, sounds funny, but the tv is set that way. Either or it seems. I think that I spent too much on this tv. I couldn't afford the type of tv I used to have. So I bought this one, because the Best Buy employee said it was a great tv. Just wonder in the back of my mind if they have a mtg and say we have too many of these tv's so no matter what sell this one. Who knows. But this tv is average in my book.

Great sound, picture but setting up the remote with your cable (DISH) and sound system (sony) has been frustrating. Can’t get the magic remote to demo all in 1. Very consuming to turn on TV. No details on how to get help.

Very crisp picture and it synced with the sound bar that we already had, which is an added bonus. When you are watching something in 4K, the picture is out of this world.

Good tv but not best. I purchased this tv for the new generation game consoles, sports, and movies. TV looks great on video games and movies but not so much sports, unless I don’t have it on the right settings for sports.

We love it! It has great color and the features are amazing. We have a little bit of issue trying to learn all the smart thing it does. That’s cause we are “older”.

I recently upgraded my 46 in Samsung to a 55 in Samsung. This is the best decision I’ve ever made. What beautiful picture...great sound and a great look. I’m 100% satisfied

Well worth it.... Better picture and better menu system then the crysal led models. Picture is perfect. Smart controls make it seemless with my home automation...

I needed a TV for the bedroom and this 55” Samsung works perfectly. The color is so good and the sound from the TV alone is very good. I am so pleased with this purchase!!!

Very Nice picture. WiFi connection is steady. Adapts very well with changes in lighting. Happy with Samsung products. Several of us her HD Tv’s in our home.

This TV is great. With the assitance of the team at Best Buy they were able to direct me to make the best purchase for my needs and my home.

The tv is really great! Colors are bright and vibrant. The picture is clear. The only problem is that the sound is not fully synchronized with the actors’ mouths. It’s even worse when using my DVR unfortunately.
