Employees were friendly and know what they were doing. They had the product at the product. Just did not like how they needed a physical proof of a photo id. Did not had my wallet on me but did had a screenshot on my phone of my license and they did not accpet that regardless if i had the email receipt. Thats their policy I guess and should respect it. They were also had the option to bring it to the car. And the prduct was my best purchase yet.

Sound quality is decent as well, will buy a sound bar down the road, but for now I am satisfied with the TV speaker. Good TV for the money

Samsung Q70 won't get video thru Denon rcvr

Best Buy delivered on time where I needed it. But I replaced an old plasma TV because it could not get cable and Blu-Ray video via HDMI thru my year-old Denon receiver. New Smart TV should be plug-and-play, right? No, Q70 had same issue. I called tech support but they would not help, said I need to pay $50 more for Setup. Now I have to try calling Denon to see if they can walk me thru how to make their receiver play nice with new TV.
