Bought a TV on line though Best buy. Great experience. Tv was delivered on time and Geek Squad members that delivered it were very helpful in answering questions I had about setting it up. Price was better than I had originally expected.

Nice TV. As you probably know, QLED is not the same as OLED (much more expensive) as the lighting for QLED are all on the bottom of the TV (as told to me by a Bestbuy salesperson) whereas OLED has the lights directly behind the screen from top to bottom. Nevertheless, it is much better than the standard 4k TV.

I was happy with this TV until it abruptly stopped powering on 2 weeks outside of its warranty. I didn't get a protection plan or anything, so I was completely out of luck. Samsung's software is a bit annoying with forced ads, but if you ignore that it worked great as a general multimedia machine for online video (Youtube, Netflix, etc.) The combination of hardware failure and ad-containing software for a nearly $1k device makes me not recommend a Samsung TV. Replaced with an LG C1 OLED (with protection plan for burn-in) and much happier with the quality.

This tv has a quality picture and a good sound too

Worth the money. TV is fast and quick and flawlessly changes between sources automatically. I purchased this th specifically for the compatibility with the new PS5 features and so far so good the graphics and speed are amazing.

Yippee. A new tv. So excited to find what I wanted along with needed equipment all in one place. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Made my life easier in finding all I wanted. Just can’t thank Best Buy enough.

I’ve only had the TV for one week but so far I love it. I’m sure I haven’t tapped into all it’s features yet. I had it mounted on the wall which is fantastic. Geek Squad is the best. They did a great job and set up the TV perfectly.

We bought this to replace are Sony that we had for years. At first we were kind of bum we could not get Sony. But this Samsung is wonderful. Picture is great and sound system we got wonderful. We are extremely happy with the purchase!

Love the TV ...having a couple issues with new remote and Frontier remote. Haven't got into the Smart Phone options that are available but plan too soon. Also want to investigate all the movie options that are available

I thought the q series was suppose to be especially good at displaying fast motion like football. I have a q70 and am disappointed with fast motion scenes the thrown football has a tail. Picture clarity and color are terrific.

...once I bought it online I realize it didn't add the additional warranty I had selected. Once the purchase was completed it was basically impossible to add the extra warranty due to the call volume and other hiccups on their side...Happy with the toy but no extra coverage on it! That my review

Have not yet used the product but purchase and installation were fairly smooth. i had some trouble applying a purchase reward on the website but it worked the following day. i think best buy sends out way too many ads and promotions to my e-mail. i am about to put you on the junk list.

The Samsung Android tv makes watching streaming apps very easy and I was also able to watch local channels using spectrum tv app (must have spectrum internet) The UHD 4k is amazing

The delivery and setup people were GREAT on time in Masks and gloves went over the operation. Made sure I understood how it worked and made sure that my other equipment worked with the other equipment. Great experience.

This was my second purchase of this tv. The buyers of my home (recently sold ) wanted the tv left on the wall...so i included it in the sale. Bought the second one for slightly less as it was a sale No complaints!

We loved ours sales rep KT? But we paid over a hundred for Geek Squad installation and got a 3 RD part installation who was not a part of Best Buy. Feel we were paying for something we did not get. But Gabe was Outstanding so absolutely no complaints on job he did

Samsung 55" was installed but would not properly display DTV channels. Called for technical assistance and determined the TV was defective. Technician arrived in 2 days and replaced the unit. Excellent customer support.

Bought for 799 (would suggest holding out if it’s more) and it’s been an extremely solid upgrade for my PS5 experience. In the mid-price range of TVs there aren’t many options if that’s what you’re looking for, but I can say this one fits the bill nicely.

I really like this unit i has everything i require in a smart TV. Price was great it was on sale right before Christmas I was SOLD. My first Samsung so faaar easy to navigate all apps and functions

Buy this if you don't want to see your teenager ever again.... He is completely in love with his new tv. He loves all of the bells and whistles it has. He did his research and found the perfect one!!
