Screen size and clarity are outstanding. Setup was simple and straight forward. It has been 6 weeks and not a single negative or non positive thing to say. P.S. The product went on sale a week after we had received delivery. A quick call to the Best Buy customer help line and within 5 minutes they had refunded the difference from the price we paid to the new sale price. Excellent customer service!

Not a bad TV. Excellent for gaming. TV turns on when gaming console turns on. Not too many buttons on the remote. TV automatically switches to game mode when gaming. The only thing I don't like is how gaming console automatically turns on as well when the TV turns on to the game port.

great tv love the samsung tv that comes free. easy set up

As the debate rages on about OLED, QLED, array dimming, mini ,micro led etc... I tried to keep in mind I dont live in a lab. I wanted a TV that would be great for my home, slightly future proof and easy on my wallet. This fit perfectly into that mental Venn diagram. Firstly I am an avid gamer, so the set will see more action from my Series X console. The HDMi 2.1 port will allow me to take full advantageof my next gen console. It also has VRR and swithces modes automatically if you activate that setting. The only annoying this is the flicker you will get as so switch between modes. So evwn on the same i put if you arw loading a game it will flicker between modes because the loading screen is not always recognized as a game. It always sorts itself out though. With all that said the picture quality is top notch, but the screen brightness is a bit lacking, but that lenss itself to the tv producing some 9f the best blacks ive seen in an QLED in this price tier. The speakers are average so i recomend a sound bar which you can connect via eArc as well. The HDMI CEC workcs brilliantly. And the alexa function on the remote works well, but is also useless unless the tv is on. The remote is universal and can control my Seriez X and soundbar. Overall a great TV for the price and features.

The TV works great. We bought two of them and they sit side by side, so sometimes we have some issues when turning the TV off or on - we turn off both. Color, sound and graphics are great. We use them as computer monitors. If we used them in a living room as a TV, a sound bar or additional speakers would be needed. Mounting the TVs was easy and they are lightweight so I was even able to help.

Great quality TV easy to use crisp and awesome technology, great for gaming

I’m not super tech savvy, but I got this TV because I’m a gamer. It’s a great TV for Gamers. It features a “game mode” that enhances the experience and is capable of 120hz refresh rates for great titles like Gears 5, Halo, Destiny 2 and other games. Yes, you have to make a choice between 1080p/120fpsor 4K/60fps, but you at least have the option of 120fps. The QLED screen features very vibrant colors and looks fantastic. This is my first 4K TV and I’m very pleased.

The tv is excellent. It is very clear and meets all my expectations. I can see faces very clearly. The sound is great. It is easy to use and is not frustrating trying to operate. Amazing quality for a great price. So nice to have a tv that exceeds others by far. I would recommend this tv to all. The menu is very easy to navigate in and out. Love my new Samsung.

Samsung made a really nice tv here with good upgrades from the Q60! It's hard sometimes to see the differences, but these were noticeable enough to go with the higher model Q70. At times, the wifi does not connect when I turn the tv on, but always does after a few minutes. Image is crystal clear and gameplay on PS5 is incredible with 120hz.

Picture quality is excellent. The weakest part of this television is the remote. The worst ever. It took two jar grips to get the back off to install batteries. Settings are sparse. You would think a world class electronics company could design a better device. On screen set up is less than intuitive. Contacted Samsung chat and they were not helpful. I guess the picture quality compensates for the frustrations. Just wish apps were easier to navigate.

Great TV, really was a huge upgrade for us. Crystal clear, and I enjoy the simplicity of the remote and Smart TV functions (toggling to Amazon Prime, etc). The sound is phenomenal (I'm not an audiophile though) for our living room, and I can see/hear it while cooking in the kitchen. I took one star off because I'm not a fan of the voice controlled features (Bixby) but I only really use those on my Xfinity Remote anyways. Overall, happy with this purchase.

My old TV died on me which gave me a great opportunity to do my research for a good sized TV for gaming. This TV is not the newest version but had better specs for gaming and it did not disappoint. Incredible picture for campaign games and watching sports and an amazing game mode when I need to minimize latency for pvp.

We love this Samsung T70 Series. Owned for several months now and have found no shortcomings. The reason we bought the T70 over the T60 was the increased pixelization. The sharpness is dependent on your Internet company's speed capability (unless you have a DISK). As our cable company rates increases, we wanted the max sharpness. We always buy Samsung and the sharpness and color with the T70 model is outstanding! We also love the Alexa feature. I love being able to say "Alexa, get Netflix, and "she" says "getting Netflix" and it starts it up immediately. ( You don't need an Alexa system in your home for this feature to work) The TV remote for accessing our paid streaming channels is also far superior to our last Samsung Smart TV. It may be nothing big, but when you are sitting in the dark watching, the buttons are raised and you know exactly which buttons you are touching. Used to use my phone flashlight to find the buttons I wanted. Just a nice convenience. There is a T80 model, but it is best used for a home movie theater situation. I'd buy this Samsung T70 again without hesitation.

I had to replace my Samsung because the pictures where black. Had to get QLED because it was the only one with the same refresh rate as my previous Samsung. QLED has a beautiful picture and I love the apps that come pre-installed. The Samsung tv app is good for free TV. Tubi is great for movies and older shows.

I bought this television for my mom, and she loves it! She struggled a bit learning the remote, but once she got the hang of it, she was fine. The setup was quite easy if you follow the instructions. The only con that I saw as I was setting the television up was opening the back of the remote to insert the batteries.

Noticeably superior picture quality over the 6 year old 50" LCD TV this set replaced. Good sound quality. Easy to set up and begin to enjoy. Increadible what quality and size of TV money buys these days compared to just a few years back.

Our old 47" original LCD flat screen started having problems so we looked at new TVs that were cheap but decided we wanted newer technology. We looked at the big box store and newer technology was huge TVs or just not what we wanted. So we drove over to what I call trusted Best Buy. Again it was hard to find a 47 to 50" but we worked with Sam who explained O & Led and a few others and the smallest we liked was this 55" Samsung. We have or had several Samsung TV and appliances and like their products. Since it wasn't in stock they delivered the TV for free 3 days later and brought it into our living room for us to unbox and set up. The delivery gentlemen was super nice. We are too seniors who sit this TV up with no problem. We went online to get the better settings as far as brightness etc. At first it was wow this is too big for our room but soon got used to it. It's smart and has a beautiful picture. We use over the air and the antenna we have brings in all our local channels then we stream several channels like Netflix.

I replaced an 11 year old Samsung TV with this model, even tho it was working perfectly. I wanted to upgrade to a smart TV, and am very happy I did! I have many Samsung products and have always been very satified with the quality and longevity of each. This TV surpasses my expectations and I would highly recommend it.
