TV Remote is pretty poor, not backlit can't see buttons in the dark. Hard to figure out why there is lag between audio and tv picture. need to figure out why there is a synch issue. ANNOYING

You get Samsung free channels as a bonus and they never go away.

I am not happy that my best buy rewards are not posted to my best buy account, and when i go to "missing Rewards" it always says an error has occurred .

They explained how to use the remotes and switch from TV to DVD, Netflix, etc. The picture is clear and the colors true.

A little motion blur and could have better sound quality. The settings for picture could be a little more concrete. Overall it will get the job done.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues connecting your audio receiver. Connect the digital audio (optical) cable to the OPTICAL IN port on your device, and the other end into the DIGITAL AUDIO OUT port on the TV.
Using the TV remote, navigate to Settings. Then, select Sound and select Sound Output. From there, set the audio output for your TV.
Alternatively, connect an HDMI cable into your audio device's ARC port. This is usually the HDMI OUT port, but check your device's user manual just in case.
Connect the other end into the HDMI IN (ARC) on the TV. Using the remote, navigate to Settings. Then, select Sound and select Sound Output. From there, set the audio output for your TV.

The display is amazing; every game looks incredible on this screen. I haven't noticed any screen tearing during gaming sessions.

I would have given it 5 stars but the smart tv portion needs some work. The TV isn't intuitive. Not a problem for someone technical like me. But for less technical people this can be a challenge.
