Posted .Karo,
I am sorry to hear that your Q70T TV has no picture but sound only.
Please try these troubleshooting steps for your blank screen issue:
1. Press the Home (Menu) button on the remote.
If the menu appears, the TV is powered on, but is either not on the correct source or not receiving a signal.
If the menu does not appear, the TV may be having power issues.
Check the red standby light, a little red light at the edge of the TV that you aim the remote at. In normal use, the red standby light is on when the TV is off (indicating the TV is on standby), and the red standby light is off when the TV is in use (or doesn't have power).
2. Confirm the TV is set to the same source as the external device.
For instance, if your cable box is connected to HDMI 1, set the TV source to HDMI 1.
If the TV is set to the correct source, but there is still no image, unplug and reconnect the AV connections one cable at a time, from both ends of each cable. If there's any damage to the cable, it will need to be replaced.
After you've reconnected the external device, turn it off and then back on.
3. Test the HDMI cable.
Some TVs have an HDMI cable test. Some models only have this test after a software update, and older models do not have it. If your model does not have this test, or is not connected by HDMI, skip to the next step.
The test is designed for HDMI cords less than 6 feet long and may not give accurate results on longer cords.
To perform the test, make sure the TV's source is still on the HDMI setting for the cable you want to test, and then navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > HDMI Cable Test > Start Test.
If the test says the cable is bad, replace the cable. Service is not required.
4. Test different external devices.
The final thing to rule out is the external device you're using. Try connecting a different device, or using a different source port. If you were unable to test the cable in the previous step, then try swapping the cable, too.
If the TV can display a picture in any other setup, then you've ruled the TV out as the cause of the issue. Keep trying various setups until you identify the device or cable that is not working, and troubleshoot or replace it.

Great purchase!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picture quality and sound are really good. The brightness is a bit touchy, either it’s super bright or just a little too low. It also has a tendency of disconnecting from the internet and needing to reconnect is annoying but not a hassle. Overall super happy with the tv.

Storage space
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The tv requires an external storage or it will not work properly which is to be expected. I deleted apps to free up storage space and the system would not update the storage amount. I called support, they reset the system to factory settings and it still did not work. They said there was nothing they could do. Would not recommend.

Poor picture quality.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded from an 8 year old 50” Samsung non smart TV. The picture quality was way better than the 55”Q70. Picture is too dark. Tried all the settings and Dynamic is the best. But that setting puts brightness to max and cannot adjust. Picture still dark. The controller is poor and I’ll have to replace that at some point. It’s way to late to return it. Cannot connect wireless headphones to TV. They pair but have to be paired again after each use. Best Buy said I should buy a Bluetooth adapter but that’s another $70. With the time it takes to pair, I just go to the old TV and watch smart apps via Apple TV. The 55”Q70 has become nothing more than a filler in a built in. Probably should have paid extra to get a Sony. Or TCL at same price. Worst TV I ever owned. Samsung has fallen off a cliff.

Very fragile screen (too risky!)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just put a finger on the screen since there was a bit of dust on the screen and my 55" Q70 Samsung (6 months old) cracked. Not compensated for my loss by Samsung (bought from Bestbuy-who asked me to call Samsung customer's service). I have handled Samsung TV s in the past. I had one for 5 years and the screen is not like this. I was a huge fan of Samsung TVs, but not buying the high end Q-series any more. It is too risky. No TV should be this fragile.

Can't mount!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything about the TV is great, but the holes on the back for mounting to wall have no threads. How am I supposed to mount the TV if the screws don't screw? I feel screwed:(

Apps Don't Work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this TV to replace an older Samsung in our living room. Purchased this specifically for the availability of certain apps, old tv was not able to download apps such as YouTube TV. Picked the tv up today, hooked it up, went through the setup, and YouTube tv app doesn't work. Neither does Netflix. Neither does Disney Plus. Was on the phone with Samsung support for 45 minutes, no resolution. Support said this should be resolved soon. I hope that is the case, or I will be returning this TV.
