TV has great picture and many features that are very nice. The setup was a little tricky for me because of lack of techy knowledge but now that it is set up, it is very easy to use. We love the quality of the TV and would definately buy this again.

Beautiful TV with a beautiful picture. It is sharp and crisp. I chose this because I have purchased Samsung TV's in the past and have been very happy with the quality of the design and the quality of the picture.

The 4k is almost 3d looking. I really like all of the channels offered by the Samsung Network and how the channel guide is grouped by content.

The only problem I have is the remote control is so small I keep losing it. It is also hard to learn how to get it to the right channel I want to watch. It uses streaming so Spectrum box is not required for usage so that helps save $15.00. a month.

This was actually a birthday present for our daughter for her new apartment. She absolutely loves this TV. She tells me that the picture is beautiful and that it is easy to operate.

I bought this 55" TV to replace my 43" TV because I wanted a larger Picture to look at. When I first set it up, I was somewhat disappointed because the picture was on the dark side. It took me a little while to figure out how to adjust and brighten the picture to my liking. The picture quality is great and I love the larger size. This is my 3rd Samsung and I am hooked on them.

Had this TV for a little while now and the colors are vibrant and really make watching TV enjoyable. I like the Samsung format when you turn the TV on. I have multiple Apps loaded and they turn on quickly. Simple setup as well.

Relatively set-up and good picture quality. Samsung mobile app could use some attention.... several attempts needed to link TV to existing account. We're using it outdoors and did need to project sound via external speakers.

It’s pretty, crisp, responsive, sound is great, love that it turns off with a vintage TV graphic, and the solar power remote is awesome. Biggest flaw is that the apps menu features many useless apps and has a poor UX design to delete them or add the ones we actually use. Example: HBO is not listed as a standard app, so we have search for HBO when we want to use it.

Love the Samsung so much we now have 3! Great quality and the free channel lineup is a nice bonus! No connectivity issues whatsoever.

The TV is a huge improvement over our 12 year old TV. We are still trying to figure out the apps. I love the picture. The remote is not as intuitive as I would like, and we have to use a second remote to turn the Direct TV system on and off. I was hoping we would only have to deal with one remote, but that didn't turn out to be the case.

As someone with basically no knowledge about tv resolution and quality this was a perfect option for me. It was a great cost, easy setup, and I have had no complaints so far

The picture quality it is very good. The sound is not the greatest I've ever heard from a TV, but adequate. All the apps that come preloaded on the TV are easy to use and the smart remote is great.
