The display is excellent and much better than the prior Q series models. Definitely would recommend this television. The stock tv speakers are not perfect but this issue can be resolved by purchasing a sound bar.

They deliver when they said they would,but I could see giving the geek squad $150 for setting up my TV,when Directv’s set it up for nothing.The geek squad was the ones that deliver so why couldn’t they hook it up for $25.I think $150 hooked up is a ripoff and Directv furnish all cable connection and wires for nothing

I got this near 1/2 price open box without a remote or stands but was able to get a $12 remote and $30 table top stand. The TVs menus and apps work pretty fast. The image quality is very Good for shows and movies but ps4 games don’t quite look As crisp as a Sony x850F that I already had

Like everything about this TV however if you watch an older movie on a cable channel like TNT that is a fast moving movie you'll see blur. Doesn't happen when streaming movies or watching Bluerays, only happens with older movies on cable TV which is probably due to the conversion up.

Excellent. A few glitches while disconnecting modem and moving to Bridge mode but overall up and running with improved WiFi coverage in 30 minutes.

Love the picture but want to return the TV. I can't tell you how often we turn the TV off and it will turn back on. I have researched different solutions and nothing works. We literally have to wait in our family room for 30 to 60 seconds to make sure the TV will not turn back on. So frustrating. I would seriously give this TV at least a four star review if it wasn't for this issue. Checking my warranty and return policy.

I did a ton of research, the salesman knew exactly what he was talking about and this is a long term investment, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!

Great buy. My old Panasonic died 6 days into the shutdown went to Best Buy the same day and had a TV in my car in about 10 minutes. Very satisfied with the purchase

This TV is top of the line. Even though newer models have come out since, it it still an excellent quality TV and I am very happy with my pirchase.

Sony has done it again. Outstanding performance. I wish all our TV sets in our home were Sony OLED! Highly recommended for performance and reliability.

this TV is nice, I use it in my basement for my second TV while I'm gaming I can watch TV at the same time. Picture quality is not as good as my LG OLED TV

This TV is awesome coming from a KS9000 owner I can see the difference & quality of the image it’s worth the $1,300 I paid for during Black Friday.

No glare on screen. I like the ambience feature! Called Samsung for support when I first got it for information about the features.

I haven’t opened it yet, but I purchased it because the Samsung QLED is the only TV that was rated to never have burn-out unlike the OLED sets.

Sales staff did a great job on explaining TV. Geek squad failed to tell me they were not going to install, but the guy that delivered it, gave me all details how to hang mount and how to hang tv
