Great T-V. Our service has been excellent. We had a problem with the first set delivered. I notified Best Buy, no questions ask and a new T-V was at our house. We will always buy from Best Buy from now on.

I did a lot of research before buying this tv. The picture is amazing and the 60 watt speakers produce excellent sound. I didn’t even have to buy a sound bar to get the quality sound I wanted.

We purchased this TV in January 2023. Within two months the TV screen developed a purple vertical band from top of screen to bottom. Best Buy replaced it with a new TV, same model. The new TV ended up having problems within a few months (June) and just stopped connecting to the wifi and didn’t recognize any wifi signals. The Geek Squad technician came out in July (their first available) and did a factory maintenance reset and fixed it for two weeks. Then one evening in July we turn the TV on and the sound works but the picture remains black. Again Geek Squad came out and discovered the panel had a catastrophic failure and needed to be replaced. Now we wait another week for the part to come in to replace the panel. The technician stated this was not a rare problem with these TVs. We purchased their Total Tech (now just called Total) hoping it would improve service if needed. It did not. Other than installation, Total is a waste of money, just like this TV. This TV has been out of use for seven (7) weeks since January 2023. Don’t buy it and I would recommend you buy your appliances elsewhere. Customer service and communication has been poor.

Samsung tvs are great. The picture color is beautiful and I love the remote, separate buttons for streaming dervices.

I have so far enjoyed the Samsung 55 in. How ever it is first one I have had connected to my internet and still trying to figure out how to operate it.

Let me start by saying I like Samsung tv’s But huge disappointment on this model. Less then 8 weeks this new TV went bad Black thick line right in the middle from side to side. Best Buy came through and let me exchange it for a much nicer Sony TV.

I’m very frustrated that there are purple pixels in the bottom half of the TV… It should not be this way, especially for as much as I paid for this thing. It’s not significant enough to try to return it so im just going to suffer through. 

I don’t usually write reviews, but this Samsung Q80B deserved one. I’ve had this TV for a few weeks now, and honestly, I’m still amazed every time I turn it on. The picture is insanely clear, the colors are vibrant, and the contrast—especially during darker scenes—is impressive. You can really see the difference the QLED and Full Array backlighting make. Everything just pops. I mainly use it for streaming, movies, and gaming—and it does all of them really well. Shows in 4K HDR look cinematic, and fast-paced scenes (like action or sports) are super smooth. I was worried about glare since my living room has a lot of windows, but this TV handles bright rooms like a champ. The sound is surprisingly good too. I expected to need a soundbar right away, but the built-in speakers actually hold up. Samsung’s “Object Tracking Sound” feature makes voices and effects feel like they’re coming from the screen, not just below it. Still planning to add a soundbar eventually—but it’s not a must-have right out of the box. Now let’s talk about gaming—this thing is a beast. I hooked up my PS5 and was instantly blown away by how smooth and responsive it feels. 120Hz, low input lag, and VRR make everything run flawlessly. No stuttering, no tearing, just clean gameplay. If you’re into gaming, this TV is 100% worth it. Setup was a breeze, and Samsung’s Tizen system is fast and user-friendly. All the apps I use (Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Prime Video) were already there, and navigating around is super easy. It also works great with voice control, and I like that you can use Alexa or Google Assistant. If you’re looking for a TV that looks amazing, performs like a champ, and is smart enough to do just about everything—this is it. For the price, I think it punches way above its weight. Whether you’re watching movies, streaming shows, or diving into a gaming session, the Q80B delivers. I couldn’t be happier with it.

Not the top of the line from Samsung, (there are other more expensive ones) but the picture is extremely sharp and the color is vibrant. The sound is okay, it is on the default setting and I have not adjusted it yet so I only gave it four stars for the sound. Maybe it will get better if I check out the sound options. I don't want to buy a sound bar if I don't need to. I only want to watch cable TV and DVDs so I have no opinion on stand-alone streaming services and have not used the mobile or USB options so far. Set-up was easy. You just have to be careful when holding the TV. A video sent by Best Buy showed in detail how to unpack and handle the TV for set-up. Good purchase. Worth the money.

This TV is amazing, I’ve never expected the differences between my previous tv to my current one, the major difference I enjoy a lot is the 4k 120hz when I’m gaming, it feels so much smoother and less lag than before, The Direct Full Array makes the picture pops out more deeper blacks and clear white which is just amazing to me. I just enjoy this TV, the sound coming from the tv made it feel very realistic and the bass is incredible as well. I would recommend this TV for those who want either for Gaming or just watching regular movies

I was looking for an excuse to upgrade my old Samsung to the newer Q series. The universe heard me, my old Series 6 died!!! This one does not disappoint. The picture quality is amazing. Samsung has been my go to brand for a long time for quality products. TVs have Easy setup. Easy navigation through streaming apps. Love my Samsung. Cable goes out often, so I have an external antenna permanently attached. The Samsung remote makes it an easy one tap touch to switch over to antenna when I have to. XOXO

Everything about the display on this TV is worth every penny. This is a great TV to watch anything (dark or bright) and great for gaming. The downfall is the user interface. It's extremely confusing and so difficult to do something as simple as change inputs. It tries so hard to make things easier that it ends up removing all the actual ease of access functions. Get a fire stick or other streaming stick to use instead of the built-in software.

I cant believe how good the quality is. It was in perfect condition when I opened the box. This is a bigger deal than what most people would think for a TV this size.

Nice medium priced model. Beautiful picture. User manual is very poor so took a lot of trial and error to figure out how to navigate between apps, use guide, get information on programing, etc. The default settings for color were too red and bright but once adjusted the picture is beautiful and very life like. Overall good value for the price.

Excellent picture, excellent sound, easy set up and navigate between UI for internet, video games and blu ray movies. Was looking for a television with good picture and not too high price, this TV will probably last me the next 7 - 10 years and so far worth every dollar.
