Love this TV- angry with myself I waited so long to treat myself to such incredible colors and the blackest black. It make watching ANYTHING more exciting. We are a Samsung TV household all the way! We will never buy another brand. Right now we have 6 Samsungs in our home.

I'm really enjoying my Q80B TV. Great TV at a really good price. I replaced my 40-inch Samsung TV that I've owned for the past 10 years with this TV. Samsung makes great TV's that last forever! And I always by my TV's and other electronics from Best Buy!

The picture is clear, crisp, and bright, It has the same Samsung remote (which could be improved). The only con is that reducing the brightness also changes the colors. This should never happen. There is no way to compensate for the color shift. The 4-stars for brightness is because it is too bright without any way to reduce it without affecting the colors.

Our TV is very easy to use and the color is wonderful. Love just one remote!

Picture does not seem as warm as my older Samsung TV. The remote control is sketchy, you must have the remote that your cable provider gives you for full functionality. There is no numbers on the remote. Also, and this is big, the remote requires you to buy a separate USB cable to charge it. Seriously, one would think if you paid a grand for a TV, they would include a charging cable.

You will experience the best quality for affordable price.

Beautiful picture, the best of any TV we've ever owned. I did have an issue with the audio not syncing with the lips on certain channels. After talking to Comcast, the Geeks and Samsung we exchanged our old cable box for a 4k box. There is some improvement, but it still not perfect on certain stations. However, overall we are satisfied.

Best tv I’ve ever bought. I love watching shows and my movies on the best 4k quality. I love being able to set it up with my PlayStation 5 using the 2.0 port. I definitely recommend this to someone who wants great quality, easy navigation with a Bixby voice assistant.

Really a step up from our old HD set. Decent reviews on line. Good support re: updates, and you can option out of the 'smart' features that include commercials and logging what you watch. There are better models of Samsung for HD for more $, but this one works for us. Needs some fiddling to avoid the soap opera effect

We always get Samsung Tvs but this one is perfect we absolutely love it i would show Pictures but dont want to show my living room but this Tv is 5//5 stars hands down great price as well and free delivery and the man who sold it was amazing and vet knowledgeable

My boyfriend and I were looking for a big tv with a great picture quality to go with our new Sony surround sound. I’m pleased to say I am more than satisfied with the quality of this tv! It blew me away with how crisp and clean the colors were. I love this tv!!

I purchased 2 of these TV's 1 in ( NY 75" & 1 in Colorado 55" for my son), I got the 55" for my son because I loved the way mine played & sounded , he called me to thank me & tell me how much he loved the TV, & the picture & sound was awesome.

Our first Smart Tv. Glad we spent some extra money and bought this model. Great picture. Best Buy offered the TV at a lower price ten days after we purchased ours.
