I personally love it, it was a bit confusing at first since I was used to the old Samsung system, but this QLED tv has been remarkable I love it and is perfect for my PS5 and Apple TV quality lives up to the reputation

Needed to replace TV. Did a home consult and got three recommendations. Met staff at store and was shown recommended TV's. Picked the Samsung 55 Class Q80B QLED 4K Smart Tizen TV. Was the best choice for us.

Super easy to set up. The picture quality is excellent, and the response time of the "smart" features is way better than my LG 4K TV. Pair with a decent Samsung soundbar for the excellent Q Symphony features.

Great color, detail, and contrast with light and dark picture images. Like the multiple USB outlets. Connected to the internet quickly without issue. Worked with my sound bar and room surround sound without issue.

Great quality tv. I needed up returning it only because it was slightly too big at this size for our bedroom but I enjoyed the picture and we got another size. I recommend this model series as well as the Samsung brand. I’ve never had an issue with them.

We love our new TV although it takes getting used to using the screen. We've had to reboot a few times if we mess up. New technology isn't always easy for us older folks. But the TV is fantastic and the size is perfect.

Setup was fairly easy, picture quality is good, picture clarity is solid with items in motion. The new programing is nice not having to stream through a fire stick. Sound quality was better than expected on this set.

Blown away by the brightness and color of this TV. Owned a Vizio that was also QLED and this blows it straight out of the water. It’s built in speakers are really good comparatively too.

I absolutely love this tv.the picture is awesome.the assistance I got from the associate was awesome.I went in told him what I was looking for and had it in my jeep probably within a half hour.I won’t buy a tv anywhere else

Got this as an open box item so price was great! The picture quality is fantastic and would highly recommend! Love the aspect of Damsung gaming hub and menu functionality.

the TV is just great! Picture is so clear and well defined. I love it! And the installation from Geek Squad was outstanding, putting the sound bar below the tuck of the TV makes it look perfect.

Great vibrance and deep rich color and clarity during night scenes. Lots of options, easy remote and sound is great too!

Samsung 55 q80 is an outstanding TV the color is sharp watching sports is phenomenal easy to operate for a smart TV

The TV was easy to set up, has a sharp, clear image with beautiful vivid colors. There is very little glare on the screen in our sunroom even on a bright, sunny day.

I love this Samsung TV, the features are amazing and I loves to hear that lady voice. It's a good buy plus the price is really worth it.

This is the most expensive TV I have ever owned. That being said I find it easy to use and intuitive. The remote even works with connected devices like my PS5.

I honestly like it wish it had Dolby vision but besides that it’s great still has great picture and hopefully hdr 10+ is utilized more for gaming

It looks beautiful, recently upgrade from an older model with DSE and this panel is perfect with no vignetting. It also supports 4K@120 which is so smooth.
