    This was a dream TV since I have a Samsung cellphone and tablet so it was an easy set-up. The QLED display was crystal clear especially for gaming and great connectivity with my other devices. I had this TV for only 2 years. All was well until the screen just blacked out for no reason. The warranty ran out, Geek Squad and Samsung wanted to charge a couple of hundred just for a dionostic, and no guarantee of them being able to fix it. Samsung customer service said its not worth it because it's hard fixing a black screen (of death) on any device. Was this a faulty model? I don't know. But I don't trust Samsung TVs anymore! It's a $950 paperweight now! So I bought a Sony LED Smart TV instead. Hopefully, this brand isn't nothing in susceptible to black screens.

    Great tv. The darks are still a little dark but overall great tv.

    1st TV had a black spot on the screen. Called Best Buy, they delivered a 2nd TV which also had a black spot in the middle of the screen. Called Best Buy again, explaining the problem, and operator Julia hung up on me... called again telling you that I wanted another TV and for the techs to mount it on the wall and verify it was good. Techs brought 3rd TV, took the bad one off the wall. They put it in the box and were leaving. I asked that they were supposed to mount TV #3 to the wall and set it up verifying it was good. They told me NO, they had know time and bolted like a couple of rabbits. Thankfully TV#3 was a good one with no blemishes on the screen.

    Ok, but it's not as wide or tall as the 55" Samsung TV that it replaced which means that we built in for it looks rather empty. There's something incompatible between the Fire Stick controller, the TV, and the Bose sound bar. If the TV goes to "idle" if you pause a program too long, the sound bar stops working and you have to reboot it. This takes about 10 minutes. Also, the TV's Bluetooth connection to my Bose head set lasts about 30 seconds then disconnects. I know the headset works because it easily connects with my phone. I've made an appointment with the Geek Squad (they installed the TV.

    Samsung TV is ghe brand I would go to. My last smart TV with Samsung used for 11 years and now going to more upgrades smart TV. As always the quantity is the best and I am pleased with my purchases.

    I have owned several Samsung televisions in the past and have always enjoyed the use and longevity of each one, However, my most recent purchase is the best Samsung I have purchased. Excellent television.

    Our old plasma TV died and we needed a replacement. Had to wait around until someone would help us. Workers standing around but not willing to help us. Finally when someone did approach us, he was very pleasant and helpful.

    Thought I was taking a step forward when I upgraded my 12 year old LG to this Samsung. Unfortunately this TV has been a huge disappointment due to the built in software used to run this 'smart' TV. TV frequently freezes up when trying to load apps to the point that it becomes unusable. If it weren't for our attached fire stick I would've missed a lot of live sport events, etc. (reasons why I have a TV to begin with).

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

    Sound and picture quality is good but not as good as the Samsung we replaced. Picture has to be toned down and the sound needs to be less hollow.
