Unfortunately this TV has been a huge disappointment due to the built in software used to run this 'smart' TV. TV frequently freezes up when trying to load apps to the point that it becomes unusable. If it weren't for our attached fire stick I would've missed a lot of live sport events, etc. (reasons why I have a TV to begin with).

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Bought floor model.. experience was not good

The picture was not good at all so we returned it for a better model. Reviews on this model are good however our experience was poor. Sales said they are left on all the time. Guess it can be iffy when you buy a floor model.
