    The Colors on this TV are off

    The colors on this TV model are not as good as a previous version. I updated to a newer version of TV and the colors are terrible, I already went to the configuration and moved everything several times and nothing works.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room

    Unit I received had terrible light bleeding, and bad grey uniformity. Tizen is a horrible operating system. Wire management features were nice, that’s about it.

    Open Box Seattle - Bait and Switch (2 of 2)

    The TV is good by Best Buy service is not. I bought in Scottsdale (very good service) store for delivery in Seattle. This was one of two TVs that Seattle delivered ‘open box’. I paid full price. I called Best Buy and after getting transferred 5 times, one agent indicated they would send a gift card for the approximate amount of the ‘open box’ discounts and even provided a tracking number. I followed up after three weeks and was transferred six times hearing a range of stories from ‘we don’t have a record of it’ to ‘there was a technical issue in sending the cards’ to the agent is not empowered to do that. It has been impossible to talk to anyone local. Previously I have had very good experience with Best Buy and we have made multiple purchases recently from Scottsdale. However something has changed and local store are not able to resolve issues.

    TV stopped working mid Superbowl, blanked out and has not worked since, even after trying the recommended fixes. It won't even turn off, so I had to unplug it as it was messing my home network up trying to constantly reboot. Ive been trying to get the problem fixed by Best buy and apparently there is no one that can support me because I keep getting passed around.

    Broken on start up.

    Unfortunately this unit kept cycling on an off immediately on start up. Had to return it. Did txt message Samsung tech rep and confirmed it needed to be replaced. Have over 8 Samsung tvs that all work fine. So this is an anomaly.

    Purchased one at Best Buy — had to reboot every time it was turned on to receive picture. Many on website having same issue. Returned. Very disappointed with Samsung.

    I bought this on black friday, delivered and set up on sunday and by that thursday the tv stopped working. Needless to say i returned it and got a sony.

    This Samsung was so easy to set up. The picture quality is better than we anticipated and the solar remote was a nice surprise. The online order came in before the scheduled time and pickup was stress free. Great experience
