Frustrating

While the picture is great, the TV constantly freezes up whenever I stream a sporting event. The technician verifies the internet signal is strong and no one can diagnose the problem. I never had this problem with my Sony, so I have to conclude it's something inherent with the Samsung.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Can not view a black screen
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have owned this Samsung TV about 5 months. It has started to shut the screen off after 15 to 30 min. The volume stays on and it takes about 20 min to come back on its like something is overheating and it takes sometime to cool off. Called customer service and IA kept us on text for over 3.5 hours no return to Best Buy due to there return policy We have owned Samsung appliances for years this is the first problem we have had may have to return to Sony after this.
