My previous TV (10+++ years old) died and had to be replaced, so we purchased this one. The difference in picture quality is stunning. The picture is clear, defined and precise. Setup is not difficult, and there are numerous youtube videos offering suggestions on how to configure your settings to maximize TV performance. One of the features offered by this TV that I really enjoy is that the TV speakers work with a sound bar, so you get the benefit of both. I am extremely satisfied with this TV and would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a TV in this price range. The salesman at Best Buy that we dealt with was great as well, very knowledgeable and worked to identify what best fit our situation/wants.

Best choice ever made for a smart TV! 2years and counting, no regrets. Still working in pristine condition. Would buy it again if I had to. Come on try it!

The TV picture is good. The sound leaves a lot to be desired for the money spent. My older Samsung has a much better sound. The remote is terrible! Too small and it should be back lit. The big selling point for me was a center stand to put on any size table and good picture.

This was a big upgrade for our family, and we are very pleased with the results! Movies and streaming shows look significantly better than our old tv. The smart upscaling (if that's the correct term) makes even old black & white movies and shows look stunning. (Our current family trend is old Twilight Zone episodes. We have said "Wow, that looks amazing!" more than once.) Hooking everything up and programming the tv was not too hard if you have experience with tech. The smart control of our audio system and Xbox was a welcome surprise and (again) was not difficult to set up. We're only a few weeks into using this, but we are all smiles so far. Would definitely recommend considering this tv.

Very satisfied with this TV. Bought it on sale pre-Christmas. Clean, sharp images, and it was seamless to set up the apps we use. We have a separate sound bar we use.

Great TV, had bought the Q60C but was not satisfied with pic quality and returned it in exchange for the Q80C which has 120 hz refresh rate and have been very pleased

The TV is amazing. Only negative I have is that the remote in tiny. Probably will look for a universal to replace it. But the TV is perfect.

The TV is fine. Great picture, quality sound. My issue is the fact that the delivery was just that - delivery only. I did not realize until the day before that Best Buy would not be setting up the TV. It was not discussed for made clear to me that this was not included at time of sale, To be fair I didn't think to ask. I just figured they would do it. When I called the contact number from the pre-delivery email to try and arrange set up, I was told I would have to wait for a new slot in 2 - 3 weeks. I had already waited 2 weeks for this delivery.

Wow what a great picture! Best Buy price was fantastic. I really love my smart tv. set up was a breeze. I am throughly enjoying it!

This TV replaced a 10-year-old TV. This new one is so clear and the contrast is fabulous! The whites and blacks have such depth to the color.

Great price and everything I expected for the price. The only disappointment i have is with the remote. Seems cheap and is a bit awkward to use.

Very happy with this purchase. Picture quality is great. Colors were strange out of the box. But I did the smart calibration option and that made a world of difference. Browsing different apps and programming is very quick and responsive, quick loading. Can't comment on sound quality...it is hooked up to a soundbar. However, my soundbar (also Samsung) being older now with just an optical connection, I have to use the soundbar remote for volume.

Fit just were I wanted and the screen size is perfect for the family room. Like the center stand versus the end feet, bright picture, easy to navigate

Not only is this a great tv option, but it is perfect for a very huge second monitor for my channels. Great picture and easy to use menus.

Great picture the 120hz really come in handy for video games . My K/D has gone up since ive been playing on this tv.

Best tv i ever had. Starting with the sales person, who listened to what i wanted to hook up dvd/vcr & told me what accessories i would need- no hard sell. The delivery & set up was clean, efficient & professionally done. He went over & over about the samsung 55q80c tv operation, which I greatly appreciated. The tv picture is so vivid & I am pleased with the tv audio output w/o a soundbar.

A great tv, easy to maneuver from cable to streaming apps. Sound is great without a sound bar.
