After some time getting used to the remote options and navigation it is a pleasure watching anything. I purchased a Sanus Elite TV stand too so the bottom of the screen would clear the top of my sound bar which is on a cabinet. It is very sturdy and well made.

I did lots of research and landed on this model because it has so many of the features I was looking for at a pretty reasonable price. It was easy to mount with a recommended mount from Best Buy. The picture quality is great and the sound isn't terrible, but a soundbar is a huge improvement. The Tizen smart TV software is easy to use and navugate.

However, there is an ongoing issue with Samsung and soundbars where setting on the soundbar changes. After doing some research, I found this issue has been happening for at least three years on Samsung televisions. I mean, it takes 10 seconds to fix, but when you have to do it every time you turn on the tv…so I recommend the television with a caveat.

I especially appreciate the great WiFi reception in my home. There was very little to the initial setup and Allen from the Best Buy Geek Squad was very informative while he was setting up the TV. And the sound quality is great without the need of an additional Soundbar.

Wish there was a manual to make it easier to no how to work and ddo more with this TV. Why is it that manufacters are so cheap in this respect. no regard as to older things you might need to still use but will not be able to use because this TV must have HDMI . More HDMI ports needed.

Thank you for your review. To further assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your Q80C TV and remote, you can download the TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the Q80C TV under QLED 4K TVs > C Model Lineup to download the guides you would like.
The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
