Wish there was a manual to make it easier to no how to work and ddo more with this TV. Why is it that manufacters are so cheap in this respect. no regard as to older things you might need to still use but will not be able to use because this TV must have HDMI . More HDMI ports needed.

To further assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your Q80C TV and remote, you can download the TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the Q80C TV under QLED 4K TVs > C Model Lineup to download the guides you would like.
The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

The only assembly was attaching the stand, which was easy. Connecting the TV to my internet was also easy to complete as was connecting to streaming services. Picture and sound were very good. We are happy with this product and glad we made the choice.

We appreciate your feedback on the sound quality of your new Q80C TV. Your TV features Object Tracking Sound, which tracks the action with strategically placed dynamic speakers, and Adaptive Sound, which automatically adjusts audio to enhance everything from dialogue to music and sports.
You can select a sound mode that you prefer for a content type or your listening environment. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.
You can also customize balance and equalizer settings by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings.
Additionally, there are image adjustments you can make to optimize your picture to suit your preferences. Your TV has several Picture Modes to choose from, allowing you to enjoy content in optimal conditions. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode.
You can also go to Menu > Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer to manually fine-tune your image.

I get compliments on the picture quality constantly. Highly recommend getting the Q70 over Q60. It’s worth the price. Fast store pickup, and very accommodating staff at Best Buy who loaded my car for me.

Sound is fine--while others have said you must have a sound bar, I have not found that to be absolutely necessary. Perhaps if you want theater-type sound then you need it but for regular TV watching it is fine. Highly recommend this TV.

FALSE ADVERTISING - OPEN BOX SCAM

I purchased an "Excellent" condition TV that is supposed to include original packaging, drove 12 miles to pick it up and the TV was not packaged. It gets better just wait. I drove all the way back home to pick up my kids and have them hold the TV in the backseat. When I get back to the store, I realize the TV does not have the stand, the representative tells me it is missing the remote, the back is all scratched, and the TV still has brackets attached to the back of it from the previous owner's time with it... Definitely do not purchase anything open box from TV, stick to new only and spare yourself the stress and money from being scammed like I was. Funny thing is, this is the second time it's happened to me at the same store, Melrose Park.

It is just a little difficult for me to follow the directions on some aspects of this set! I will say, there are resources available for me to access to help solve my problem, but it does take time. I wish it could help me solve my instantly!

Only reason 4/5 stars is because this is an older model, and unfort mine broke while moving, just bumping around a little in the backseat. As expected of a slightly older model, the build is bulkier and less efficient. However it's always getting better and this is to be expected.
