this replaced a Sony from 2019 and was about 2/3 the price. Love the picture! Sound isn't horrible but you def need a sound bar with modern TVs

I love the TV so far. It’s the best TV I’ve purchased so far and works well with gaming and the picture quality is really good. You won’t regret the purchase especially from Bestbuy.

Set up was easy, connected to the internet in seconds and if you have the suite of Samsung Smart Things, it found our account and we were ready to go. Great picture, sound is better than average, but we have a sound bar so this is a non-issue.

This Samsung 55” 8F TV has a sharp, clear picture. Its 120hz refresh rate gives fast moving action clarity without any ghosting. I like the optical output for my soundbar and 4 HDMI & 1 USB outputs for DVD players, and game players. I also get local cable on it and streaming that are great. The sound is good, but it seems like the volume doesn’t equalize well between channels and I need to tweak it up or down a little.

Purchased to replace 7 yr old TV that had nothing wrong with it but was no longer able to download certain apps. Sales Rep was great! Gave us info to choose price range based on technology. So glad we chose Samsung QLED!

This TV is absolutely wonderful The QLED The picture is absolutely beautiful it's a little too smart for me to be honest with you it's a smart TV and well I just haven't caught up to the 21st century yet but I'm trying thank you Best buy

Good picture, easy to install. Disappointed that I cannot find sleep mode. Need to be able to easily control brightness of picture and elminate being blasted by high loudness of commercials. Customers like my husband and I want the flexibility to utilize this TV in different rooms as our viewing needs and preferences change.

My MIL’s Samsung TV needed to be replaced & we went to the local Best Buy to replace. Our experience was excellent & the staff was helpful. Setup was very easy & we were very impressed with the quality of the image.

Very thin, light weight flat screen TV. Easy to set up and connect to the household WiFi. The picture is very clear and crisp. Good value for the money. Connection to the Samsung soundbar and sub-woofer was equally easy to connect in short order.

Once I got the TV setup it had a great picture and functioned extremely well. This is the 3rd Samsung product that I have bought and will continue to buy. Also, the salesman at Best Buy was extremely helpful and friendly. Then the delivery man was great. Friendly and very nice.

I replaced my 47'' Samsung with a 55" Samsung TV. I also purchased a Sound Bar for the tv. The picture quality, the sound and the brightness of the colors exceeded my expectations.
