    I got to watch my tv for 2 1/2 days before it stopped working. Had to wait 2 weeks to get it repaired. The main board in the TV and the oneconnect cable box had to be replaced. Unbelievable. I feel like I am stuck with a lemon. Why do I keep buying Samsung!? I've learned my lesson.

    Nothing special, I had to return and chose the Sony OLED instead which I like a lot better.

    Defective right out of the box. Both the power supply and HDMI connections are housed in the same connecting unit to the TV in what Samsung calls One Connect. Box heats up and the TV shuts down after 30-60 mins of use and takes hours to turn back on again. It was also a horrible experience having to go back and forth between Best Buy’s tech service desk and the Samsung help desk to try where both would not take responsibility for repairs. Parts also were on back order for 2-4 weeks. Ultimately convinced Best Buy to refund, pick up this bad TV, and went and bought an LG C1 4K instead.

    I purchase Samsungs with great confidence. This time was not the usual outcome. At present the TV is non-functional. Perhaps that's why it was throwing off so much heat while it was in use. Sorry.

    Im vary disappointed in best buy. They sold me this TV to go with my new Samsung sound bar. Junk. Sound bar junk. Best Buy did not want to help me with the products they convinced me to buy. Sound dosent match up, sound switch's back in forth between the sound bar and the TV speaker, input on the sound bar in a pain and always switching or turning off, could not get Alexa to work, eARC compatibility errors on the TV.

    Very disappointed after one day of use the tv power it self off and could not be powered on again picture quality was lacking for a 8k tv I return this set and got a Sony oled with a much better picture quality at 4k

    Not even a month after I bought it, I’ve been having nothing but issues. It’s on a constant power cycle and doesn’t give any chance of staying on. I’ve had to wait for well over a month for Samsung to service it, and to wait even longer for them to order the parts then longer to set up an install service. Don’t buy Samsung.

    Screen went bad after 1 month. Best Buy not willing to replace like for like. We are seriously considering not buying anything at Best Buy anymore.
