Clicking sound

Extreme disappointment with Best Buy and Samsung

I paid full price for a Samsung 8K tv. When we got this tv home we did not have the stand or the One Connect cable. The tv won't work without the One Connect cable. I was on hold for two hours trying to reach Best Buy on Colonial Drive in Orlando and no one answered. I reached out to Samsung and it is now day 9. I have been in contact with 6 people from Samsung and have sent the receipt from Best Buy three times and I am no closer to getting the One Connect Cable that was missing from the box. I have never dealt with such incompetence. All I can say is do not purchase this product without checking the box before you leave the store. I have never in my life been so disappointed in a purchase.

RTX 30 Series doesn't work in 8k with this tv.
