Disappointed in quality

I am very disappointed in the overall quality of the TV. It seems very cheaply made. The back of the tv is very flexible and doesn’t seem sturdy. I had to push hard to catch the mount. I like the picture and features but the build quality is poor. My previous Samsung TVs had far better build quality.
