great tv, just what I wanted, all expectations met....

So far I love it.....great color and love the size

Tv has a great picture and was a breeze to install.

Good tv but the glare is still there depending on viewing angle.

The unit is good over all. Sound , picture and value for price.

Beautiful visuals all around for movies and gaming.

Overall experience was excellent. Adam, our sales consultant, was very helpful, visiting our new house. Installation was very smooth, even though they had to drill into a stone fireplace. Technicians were on time and very professional. Would definitely use Best Buy again!

I purchased this TV for gaming as it was one of the most highly rated LCD TVs for that purpose. What a mistake that was! Let me just list some of the problems that exist with this television. These things occur even with the latest firmware upgrade version 1462.1. 1) The TV has massive problems when the 2.1 HDMI port is hooked up to an NVIDIA RTX 3000 series video card and the input signal is set to 120Hz. The bottom 3/4 of the TV screen turns black and you get bright flickering horizontal lines across the top 1/4 of the screen. Sometimes the image can be stabilized by switching the input on the TV to another port and then back to port 4, the HDMI 2.1 port. Also, toggling game mode from on to off and back on again will stabilize the screen but it is hit or miss. I bought this TV for 120Hz and it absolutely fails to deliver. Calling Samsung about this issue was a waste of time as they seem to be completely clueless and completely unhelpful. 2) If you have an XBox Series X hooked up to the TV, you must disable VRR on the XBox otherwise the colors will be completely washed out on the TV and and black colors will be gray colored instead. The screen will look like an old LCD TV from 20 years ago. The TV is advertised as supporting VRR but this is not the case. This also occurs with an NVIDIA card if GSync is enabled. 3) The TV suffers from significant "Dirty Screen Effect" or DSE. On light backgrounds, especially light grey colored, you will notice darker areas that look almost like burnin on an OLED TV. This is very pronounced, especially in certain games. Granted, all LCD TVs are prone to DSE but the Q90t is especially bad. 4) Inverse ghosting - This means that there is a trailing image around certain objects in the game when the object is moving on screen. This happens in some third person titles when moving around the character on screen. Sometimes the trailing image has a green halo look to it. Supposedly this was fixed by the latest firmware but it is still present. I regret buying this pile of garbage. Samsung is useless and I don't believe they have any plans to correct these issues. These problems are not just with my particular set. There are widespread complaints across the internet regarding these same issues. Bottom line - This TV is absolutely not recommended for gamers even though it is advertised as a gaming TV.

The screen has screen uniformity and still spots. For me personally i can’t look at the screen for too long because it’s just bright and detail it’s not what I expected from seeing it in store. However, maybe if you request someone to come and calibrate your TV maybe it will be a better experience.

The TV has a really good picture but it’s not user friendly, (for me anyway). I just don’t like the overall setup of most everything on it. After having it for a couple months I now wish I had bought a Sony... oh well you live and learn.

great tv, bought it opened box but with warranty tho.i dont know why suck bad reviews with xbox series x, but mine works great with it. i dont have any problems works well with f1 2021 and call of duty

The extra cost goes into the anti glare tech and it works. My mom watches TV during the day a lot (she's old) and the windows don't reflect the way some others do. It's a really great TV.

Love the clear definition of images, but the sound levels change from live TV to recordings. So, we find ourselves cranking up the volume. Not interested in getting a sound bar, but it would be nice if the sound level changes reflected more distinctly.

I am only giving this 3 stars because it was cracked in the box. I followed the directions to hang it on my wall and was careful with not touching the screen. When I turned it on it I noticed a crack at the bottom right of the screen. I barely touched the white protected cover where that crack was and and parts of the tv went out. The screen was beautiful in the parts that were not affected. However, I researched it and apparently this tv is super delicate. I returned it and went with an OLED after the employee walked up the the OLED tv and grabbed and shook it fairly hard. I would not recommend this TV for an active home with kids that may throw objects around the house. For the price the screen is just to delicate for me.

Wonderful TV and great installation by Geek Squad. The resolution is amazing and looks like you are looking out the window when streaming. Bright screen works well in bright room.

We love this TV and are so glad we purchased it. Our family room is very bright so we needed a low-glare screen and this exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend this product.

The techs were very knowledgeable did a very thorough job in setting up the 4K TV and soundbar system. It was nice having help with this and one less task for us to do.

Very nice tv This is my first Samsung TV and to be honest I like it .my son love gaming an the clarity and sharpness is outstanding. If you are looking for a good all around TV buy the Samsung Q90T you can't go wrong
