The sales staff and the delivery group were outstanding. The product was great and we are very happy with the refrigerator and TV purchased.

Great tv

The only thing that I'm not liking is every now and then, tv will try connect to my phone. For some reason when I don't want it to do it.

Terrible picture in dark scenes

I bought it because the reviews were good and the specs show a great refresh rate, which is important to me because I have the Series X and I planned on doing a lot of gaming. I have never been more disappointed in a TV purchase in all my life. The picture is absolutely terrible. I have calibrated and recalibrated this TV time after time and it looks bad no matter what I do. Not only that, the TV doesn't save the settings consistently when switching inputs. I'll get the picture to a point I can tolerate it on my Xbox input, save it to that input, switch to the TV input and then switch back and something changes like the brightness or contrast or contrast enhancer. There's a game mode, but it's pointless. The picture is choppy and blurry when gaming regardless. The absolute worst part of the picture is the dark scenes. Pure blacks are fine, but if there is a gradient, it looks absolutely god awful. I tired to go through and watch game of thrones which has a lot of dark scenes and it was absolutely brutal. If you lighten the screen so it's not an issue then the entire picture is washed out. It's really upsetting that I'm stuck with this expensive, "high-end" TV that has a worse picture than the older TV that it replaced. Don't buy this TV. Get the LG instead.

I upgraded from watching Netflix on my computer screen to this TV. Huge improvement.

It broke 2 weeks after I got it

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Paid $1,800 for this TV and two weeks later the sound quit working. after several messages to Samsung they finally sent a repair guy to take out and replace the speakers in the main board. I have sound for now but applications are starting to act weird. The TV still is a good choice but make sure you save that receipt and get an extended warranty

confusing at best

I am a big fan of the product line but this TV has a mind of its own. I have it set up to play through my receiver but 3 days out of 4 it won't recognize the connection. after several months of using the tv speakers this week it decided not to work with those and now it is working with the receiver not sure how that happened but I am going to enjoy it until it changes its mind again
