Difficult to see when on-screen is too dark

Just a TV

It’s just the TV is nothing special about it I can’t understand why the price of it was over $1500 but it’s nothing really special about this TV at all I don’t like the remote but I guess I’ll have to deal with it but it’s just a regular TV it’s nothing special about it

Pixelating makes unwatchable. Plus soundbar issue

In fact, the Samsung picture, when it works, is good for bright rooms. Way less glare than prior TV. BUT, we got Sling to watch basketball. Forget it. Samsung tech blamed Sling. Well, that's what I use for viewing. We cut the cord a long time ago. Then, on certain shows, the voice track does not come through the soundbar. (Yet, some of the background sound DOES come through.) The helpful tech recommended we use the TV speaker. Thanks. Genius idea. What's the point of having the latest & greatest image if sound is third class. The soundbar is an LG and not Samsung. So, I suppose you better budget for a new Samsung soundbar, too, if you want to go with this TV. Really disappointed. I sure wish we had not given away our not-so-old LG TV to a niece. At least we could watch and listen to every option on it, even if there was glare at times.

I am sorry that you are experiencing issues.
Your 2020 Q90T QLED 4K Smart TV does support Sling app.
Please try to locate it and re-installing the app again.
1. Press Settings - Apps.
2. Then scroll down to Downloaded section. Search for Sling
3. Press and hold the Enter key on remote.
4. Select Reinstall from the pop-up menu.
The soundbar issue does not seem normal.
