      There are several preset picture modes and many custom settings that can optimize image quality for your viewing scenario.
      Go to HOME > SETTINGS > PICTURE > PICTURE MODE and choose:
      1) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      2) Standard: This is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      3) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      4) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      5) Filmmaker: Watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is.

    Purchased two Samsung Q90Ts to try and get one to work properly with Samsung Q70T soundbar. First Q90T had good picture, but wouldn't work properly with soundbar. Soundbar was defective, so returned it. Tried new Q70T sound with TV, but had lip-sync issues, and eARC didn't work properly with Youtube. Replaced Samsung Q90T TV, but had same issues with soundboard, and many shows on cable and Netflix were now too dark to watch even on Dynamic mode. Returned both Samsung TVs and bought Sony X950H tv and new Q70T soundbar. New Samsung Q70T worked better with Sony tv, but still had issues with volume control and eARC. Using Sony TV with eARC turned off. Hoping for firmware upgrade on soundbar.

      I am very sorry to hear that you experienced issues using your Q90T TV with your Samsung soundbar and have already returned it. Please know that our 2020 Samsung TVs have a feature called Audio Pass-Through. You can use this feature to correct your audio-sync issue.

      Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through

      Additionally, a recent firmware release for your TV (ver 1402.1) may have addressed your issue.

      There is also a recent firmware release for your soundbar (ver 1017.5)

      If your issues persist after a firmware update, please contact Samsung Customer Support for assistance.

    Purchased this TV to get rid of our cable provider. After finding out they don't offer apps like Fox News, CNN or major networks we returned it. Sad a company as large as Samsung is so far behind on something that shouldn't be that difficult to incorporate. Laziness.

    As I’m watching tv, I noticed that when it is showing a black background with colored letters, the tv gets extremely dark. The other colors need 2 be brighter. I’m disappointed that the black gets really black & the other colors are not as bright as they should be.

    Just couldn’t handle the motion processing led TVs do. This was my third brand and third led in a month and the final straw I returned it and went and spent the extra loot on a oled and couldn’t be happier. But on the other hand besides the terrible motion handling the tv felt premium, the screen was super bright, and I do love Samsung os compared to the rest. It another downside I just say is Samsung doesn’t have Dolby vision which is the best. Not hdr 10+ which they say is the same thing it’s not and it’s sad Samsung is being cheap about licensing and not giving any of their TVs the best picture possible which is DV right not

    This tv isn’t as great as the 2019 model I have a similar Samsung model qn55q60rafxza in my room right now and it’s actually a lot more clear than this one and this one cost way more however it is a little faster it was an open box and did not have the screws for the stand either or the original remote I had to purchase that from Samsung separately for $100 plus shipping fees I also got a sound bar for it as well and the rear wireless speakers don’t work and my dog chewed the receipt up that was open box as well just seems all your open box stuff is not great doesn’t work or requires more money to be put in and spent
