Great picture but won’t connect to streaming

Have to turn tv in and off about 10 times each time we turn on the tv. Samsung helped change the ip address. Said that would take care of the problem. Well it was great for a few days but now back to fighting to get Hulu and you tube tv to connect. Ready to return:(

Disappointed with service

Did not explain program to get points for cash sale so we lost out on that . When walking to front he had guy in front take his temperature leaving us worried he was sick. Extremely disappointed

Bad Experience

I was extremely disappointed after set up, the TV had no audio. The speakers didn’t work, no sound through either the cable, apps, nor blue ray connections. I can’t trust a product delivered defective from the factory. Either bad quality control or just plain too weak quality. I decided to spend a few more dollars and purchased an LG OLED instead.

Really bad dirty screen effect

The Dirty Screen Effect on this tv was awful and was shocking to see on a tv this expensive. I ended up returning the tv and going with an LG CX.

Not so smart

Unfortunately Samsung "smart" TV don't support installation of other than US streaming apps. Their support had only strange excuses about this lack of smartness ( or is it some sort of censorship?). Anyway, I found out that Sony TVs don't have that problem. So I returned this Samsung TV and got a Sony one instead.

Dont pick this up for gaming

Nightmare

The gig squad doing a nice job and one lady at the headquarters did a nice job but other than that they lied to us and miss lead us and it was terrible service just absolutely terrible service. Zero stars

Thank you for purchasing the Q90T TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness of your picture.
You can try Dynamic Picture Mode, or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
Go to Home> Settings> Picture> Expert Settings> Brightness
We also recommend you check if Power Saving Mode has been enabled.
Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.

I would not buy a smart tv

The Samsung Smart Hub offers a large collection of popular apps ranging from entertainment, fashion, sports, weather, games, streaming, VOD, kids, and much more.
You can customize the Smart Hub by removing apps from or adding apps to the home screen. You can also rearrange apps to your liking.
Simply select an app, press, and hold the Enter key. You’ll see a popup menu with options to move and remove it.

Samsung Q90T 55" is a 5-Star Winner!!

This TV certainly beats that one hands down! From the Super brightness, clarity and color which pops, this is a definitely a Winner!! Even the sound from the built in speakers is Great! No need for a separate soundbar. Purchased this while on sale for $500 off of retail, it was a no brainer. I am very happy with this TV and Highly recommend it if you're shopping for one but do not want uo get an OLED due to screen burn in or an 8K which are very expensive right now.
