We like the picture quality and different apps already loaded in, however we have asked samsung several different times why the TV cannot adjust to (MST) our time is always east coast and will not change. Alexa always gives reminders on TV to early. Very frustrating that we cannot change it. We had 3 techs from samsung try also.

I bought this TV with the Q9 technology as it. It’s down on the glare. My other Samsung has about the same color and clarity as this one but has glare real bad. Disappointed as we saw this in Costco and the color and detail was amazing. Not even close once we got it at home. Bought from BBY as Costco did not have the Q9 model.

Been using the TV for gaming and it works great with no lag the automatic switching over to game mode when a console is turned on is cool plus it has a dedicated PS4 plug. Overall it's been a great TV that I haven't had any issues with. Been using it sense 11-31-2020

excellent picture, easy to use remote/navigation system

It was a good buy and the size for my bedroom it feels like mini movie theater. The volume is great even if you don’t purchase the sound bar for my small bedroom but yes it makes a difference in sound quality if you are watching a game or movie

Awesome tv for the price. What a difference the upgrade made in the small space I had. Excellent quality and very user friendly. The remote is a bit of a disappointment to get used to, but I can look past that with the app on my phone to control.

Didnt know whether to go for an OLED or QLED, but am glad I went with this one because WOW! The screen can get very bright and even though it is not oled the blacks on this screen can get really black. It has hdmi 2.1 so Im ready for the xbox series x.

The best TV. My husband and I purchased this 55" Samsung Q90T smart tv. It is perfect and fits in our space. Easy to browse all the features. I love getting prime movies, and other internet sites plus more. It really is smart. It has it all.

Mort important 2 features to us are the picture quality and the reflectivity of the screen (since it's in a bright area). The TV does a great job at both. The rest goes down hill. The user interface is not very friendly and they push promotional stuff which you can't get rid of! I've been seeing this on the Samsung phone I have also... more and more. We ended up hooking up a Roku device to the TV and not using any of the fancy features in the TV. So the TV does not provide true value for the price we paid, but we do like the screen (with our Roku attached).

I've only had this TV for a month, but in that short of a time it has performed very nicely. The picture is superb and the sound is fantastic. A sound bar is not necessary. The picture is excellent. Rick. Full. And clear. Couldn't ask for anything nicer.

No problems, easy setup, and great picture quality. I wanted to upgrade before the release of ps5 and Xbox series x, but due to bots and scummy reseller I may not get one of the next gen consoles until 2022. NO ONE BUY A NEXT GEN CONSOLE FROM EBAY.

outstanding tv--replaced my 11 year old samsung--the upgrades are great. using the bluetooth with samsung sound bar, super quality sound. tv has the best quality picture that you would expect from samsung--overall very happy with this purchase.

The direct array is a must have. Looks great with my XBOX ONE and PS4. Compared this with the Samsung 80T and in my opinion it’s worth the extra money.

This TV stood out when comparing to others in the show room, and at home it exceeded our expectations, easily the brightest and best TV we have ever owned. From sports to movies, watching TV has never been better.

Very nice TV from Samsung Q90T, no border issues very easy to manage programming with remote. Picture is very good even on standard fiber-optic cable system. If you really want to enjoy the true 4K experience you need to purchase a 4K DVD Blu-ray player. Or some other HDMI input.

definitely worth the money! i bought several new tvs for my new house and decided to splurge on this one for the family room and so glad i did! the picture is great! sound is adequate. everyone comments on the picture clarity

Fantastic TV, bright, sharp and easy to work. It looks great in my living room, and the anti-glare screen is great. Very thin which is great but not so thin that it would be flimsy. The extra 'heavy' stand makes the TV very stable.

Great picture, and a ton of features. Still figuring them out. I decided on the Samsung after my Sony Bravia started exhibiting numerous problems. Decided on the 55 inch due to space limitations. Had Geek squad deliver and set up.

Only reason why I gave this product a four, is the problem I’m having is playing my XBox One with 120 hz VRR. I’m sure when I’m able to buy an X-Box Series X, it’ll have no problem. It’s probably my X-Box to be honest. Awesome T.V, and it’s Apple friendly unlike Sony.

Good tv. 4k looks great. Game mode is more or less okay. Does look different. Movies look amazing. Reminds me of oled. Black and whites and colors are amazing. Bought it when it was $400 off. Wait till black Friday and save $400.
